Part 36

Author's POV:

You got your laundry done and now you were sitting with the boys planning on Christmas celebration. On Christmas, Jaehyun was gonna propose but what about y'all?

"Now that we have planned Jae's proposal, what about us? What do we do for Christmas?" Namjoon asked.

The moment he asked the question, all of y'all lost your chill and started suggesting things and soon it turned chaotic.

Somehow, Hobi turned the chaos down and suggested his idea.

"Guys! We can prepare all types of foods, decorate the house and tree just the classic way and then we can drink, sing, dance and stuff! What do you think about this?" Hobi looked at everyone waiting for their response. All of you were actually picturing the idea and it didn't seem like a bad one.

"I second that!" You said raising your hand and high fived Hobi. Seeing you agree to it, the others agreed too.

"Well if Y/n is happy with that idea then we're too! It's our first time celebrating Christmas with her so we want to see her enjoy it with us!" Namjoon said as he gave you a side hug and you smiled fondly at him. You felt overwhelmed by the affection you got from them even after knowing you for just a few weeks.

"Okay then it's decided! Let's divide the work between the 9 of us.." Yoongi said as he sunk into the couch.
"Also! My mom is going home in a few hours so we have the whole house to ourselves!!" Jimin excitedly stated raising his hands in air as Jungkook and Taehyung jumped up in excitement and chest bumped each other.

You were excited but facepalmed seeing the young boys being all excited like teenagers.

Soon the work was divided and half of them had already began working on it. You were all divided into teams of three. Yoongi, Jimin and you were in one team. Kook, Taehyung and Jin were in one group and Hobi, Namjoon and Jae were in one.

The last group were going to help Jae set up his beach date while you all were going to decorate the house and shop for stuff.

Time Skip✨

You were now out with Jimin and Yoongi to get the Christmas tree. Yoongi stayed in the car while you and Jimin were selecting the tree.

Jimin was taking all the time in the world to select the damn tree while you stood on the side waiting for him to settle on one. Till now you had received 2 calls from Yoongi. You answered both and on the second call Yoongi told you that he was gonna take a nap while you select the tree.

"Jimin, we have to take this tree home before Christmas okay?" You teased him. He snickered at you and went back to his thing. You sighed and slumped your shoulders. Just the first task and you were already tired.

"Y/n! I have finalised these two! Now select whichever you like and we'll take it." Jimin said as he held your arm and dragged you to the two trees. You groaned but went with him. Now you were standing in front of the two trees that looked exactly the same.

"What's the difference tho?" You asked furrowing your eyebrows.
"There is a minor difference but select whichever you like.." He said chuckling.
"I like this one!" You pointed at the tree on the right and looked at Jimin. Right now, you looked like a child asking their dad for something to buy for them. Lol.

"Okay then! Excuse me? This one it is!" Jimin told the person in-charge. The guy nodded and dragged that tree aside while Jimin wrote his address and paid for the tree.

"Finally!" You said under your breath. Jimin's head whipped towards you and swung his arm around your shoulder ruffling your hair with other hand. You groaned at him for ruffling your hair while he just laughed at you.
