31st December,
6:30pm (Evening)

Taehyung's POV:

"Guys hurry up!" I yelled from the living room.

We all were now going to Y/n's apartment to surprise her and most importantly to make it up to her. She has no idea about us coming. Even Scarlet doesn't know but Ara somehow got to know because of Namjoon hyung's clumsiness.

"Tae! Go take the equipments we need for live. We have to do a New Years live for our Army." Hobi Hyung told me. I nodded and went to Yoongi hyung's studio to get the stand and the phone.

With everything ready, we finally left the dorm and were off to Y/n's apartment.

"Guys wear your masks, we don't want to get caught or anything." Everyone pulled up their masks at Jimin's instruction as we arrived the destination. We parked the car in the visitor's parking lot and quietly went inside the building.

Us being quiet is not possible so the whole chaos was in whispers.

"Tae! Which floor??" Jimin whispered.
"I want to press the button!" Jungkook whined. Jimin shrugged Jungkook's hand and pressed the 11th floor as I told him to. We were all clumped up in the elevator as it started moving upwards.

Finally the door opened to the 11th floor and we all got out.

"Okay so 7th door on the left.." I mumbled as I walked ahead with the boys following me.

I stood outside for 2 solid minutes and took a deep breath and pressed the doorbell.

"Y/n! Open the door!" I heard a voice shouting from inside as Y/n yelled a yes.

The door opened revealing Y/n who was wearing an oversized hoodie above leggings, her hair in a messy bun. She was looking adorable and squishy.

She furrowed her eyebrows trying to figure out and then A surprised smile appeared on her face as we all pulled our masks down.

"Surprise!" We all chimed. She chuckled and allowed us inside. As we walked in, her eyes went wide at the sight.
"Woof!!" Barked Yeontan.

She followed Yeontan who freely ran inside their apartment. She let Yeontan roam around as she walked to us.

"Oh my god! What are y'all doing here?" She asked in amusement.
"Well, we had no plans for New Years and mainly we wanted to spend it with you!" Jimin said as he hugged Y/n. I bit my inner cheek in jealousy. Even though he is my best friend, I don't like it when other guys touch my girl.

I walked beside her and wrapped a hand around her waist and pulled her to me. She blushed at it and hit my chest lightly. I pecked her head from the side.

"What the- At least let us know before you come!" Scarlet ran inside to change. We all laughed and took a seat on the couch. Since the couch was not that big for all of us, half of them sat on the couch and others on the floor which had a fluffy carpet. I saw the bean bag and ran there before Kook could reach it. I plopped myself on the bean bag.

"I'm sorry! The couch is not that big." Ara said looking down as if embarrassed.
"No no! It's perfect. Anyway we are used to sitting on the floor because of the video games." Namjoon Hyung said looking at Ara and gave her an assuring smile. The boys became comfortable and in a few minutes even Scarlet came out and they were all talking about some anime.

I saw Y/n in the kitchen doing something. I decided to go to her and help her. I slowly walked in the kitchen and stood behind Y/n. I slowly wrapped my arms around her waist, back hugging her. She flinched at the sudden presence.
