Windows rolled down, wind blowing in their hair, singing at the top of their lungs, Sanem and Ayhan are driving down the highway, enjoying the drive, their freedom and each others. The two girls were more like sisters than friends. Always together since their childhood.

"I text Osman and told him we stopped for the night and were getting ready to head back down the road." Ayhan says.

Sanem smiles at her "You know Anne and Baba probably have the note by now."

"I am sure. Are you ok? Do you want to stop and call them?"

Sanem thinks for a minute "No, not yet. Let's get a little further from Istanbul."

"Have you decided where we are going?"

"Evet! We will drive until it feels right, like it is the one place we need to be, the one calling our names." she answers.

"So a real adventure?"

"Evet. I am hungry do we have any more of those cakes you bought?"

Ayhan reaches in the back seat and bring them each a cake and a bottle of water. They eat in silence for a few minutes and keep on driving. They drive for a couple more hours.

"Do you think Can knows you have left?"

"I am sure Leyla will tell Emre and he will then tell Can."

"I am sorry that Can was such a butt. You know, Osman, is right, he should have treated you better." she laughs "I wish I could have seen his face when he realized that the cream smelled so bad on Polen." Both girls laugh.

As soon as they come over the next hill, Sanem pulls the car off to the side of the road. Both girls sit in awe, looking at the most beautiful view either girl as ever seen.  A charming fishing village at the foot of lush hills. The natural beauty of the area seems untouched. It looks like one of the postcards she had seen in stores. It is so picturesque, quaint and peaceful.

Sanem restarts the car they drive toward the small town. It seems like the history of city is well preserved. Cute cafes intersect with traditional houses. Sanem once again pulls over and they get out to look at the beach, it is calm and clear, almost as if it has not been spoiled by the people who live there. They walk forward, the small pebbles of the beach underneath their feet now. The two friends look at each other knowing that this is their destination.

As they walk along the pebbly sand, they noticed an older gentleman walking along picking up shells. When he notices the two, he raises a hand in hello.

"Gunaydin" he smiles

"Gunaydin" they say in unison.

"You girls on vacation?" he ask.

"No, we are sisters looking for a place to start fresh." answers Sanem "I want to write a book and my abla has come along to make sure I am not alone. Your city is beautiful. Do you mind if I ask where we are?"

"You are in the lovely city of Kas." he answers, at the same time Ayhan's tummy growls. He laughs "It seems at least one of you is hungry."

"we both are." says Ayhan.

"Then follow me and we will sit down to a cup of tea and some breakfast." Both girls start to protest but he won't have it "No, I insist then I can tell you all about my little town."

The girls follow him to a lovely cafe and take a seat outside. They keep looking around, taking in all the sites. He tells the two about his little fishing town. How lovely it is to swim and look under the water to see the real beauty. Diving underneath to see the turtles and colorful fish, then to hike the hills or walk in the ancient ruins. He also boasts about the cute boutiques and cafes. He tells them that neighbors know and take care of each other.
