       Savannah Garcia has a complicated past, she was able to find her love for years but she didn't succeed. She was a survivor of a cancer named Leukemia and found out that after her long recovery a new deadly cancer came out, lung and bronchial cancer. She's a 25 year-old, Cardiologist, Surgeon in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for six years. 
      
      Zachariah Edwards has a vague past, he was able to find his love for years but he didn't succeed. He was the Lieutenant Colonel of Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) raised by his father who is now General in Philippine Air Force 1984-2017. 
      
       May second life bang magaganap sa kanila? May second chance din ba kaya silang ipagpatuloy ang pagmamahalan? Ano kayang katapusan ng kwentong ito?
