"Oh, no, Rose. You're not going anywhere," I mumble, and jump out of the window, then freeze the front door over. Rose runs down the stairs, looks at me and scowls, her braid swinging.
She puts fire at each of her hands, then puts it to her mouth and blows, vaporizing the ice that seals the door, and the remaining water in my satchel. Kelvin comes whooshing down the stairs, pointing to Rose straight in the face. "I challenge you to an Agni Kai!" He yells.
Rose turns to him. "I'm sorry, loser, but I'm no-EEK!" she screams as I tackle her to the ground, pulling her arms behind her back. Kelvin comes over, pointing his fist by her head.
"Get up, slowly," he barks. Rose gets up, and I grab some water from a nearby flower vase, and freeze her hands together.
Kevlin puts makes fire at the tips of his fingers and puts them under Rose's neck. "Now tell me, young lady," he says impatiently. "Who are you and what is your business here?"
