Giggling like crazy, I shake the present Scrooge McDuck got me.

"Careful, lass!" Scrooge warns. "It'll break if ye do that!"

OOHH! It's fragileeee

I nod and slowly rip the wrapping paper off the box. I use my long fingers to cut the tape from the box, and chuck the Styrofoam, revealing a crystal with flowers inside, glowing blue, like the shade of my not-right-now, blue eyes.

I stare at the gift in my hands, jaw dropping to the floor. Everyone looks at the gift in my hands.

"H- How much was this..?" I ask, breathlessly.

Scrooge smiles. "Lass, I'm the richest duck in the world. I don't worry about the price of some glass if it's for ma family."

"No seriously." Louie interrupts. "How much of my inheritance did you spend on that?"

I wish I could say he was joking, but he's not.

Scrooge uses his cane and thwacks Louie's head. "It's not your inheritance yet, Louie. I'm not dead yet."

I look up at Scrooge McDuck, realizing what he called me. "Family"....

"F- Family?" I choke out, feeling sad and happy at the same time...

My parents are dead. My family is broken apart... will that happen to these guys if I "join"?

Yet, I'm happy cuz,

FUCKING SCROOGE MCDUCK CALLED ME FAMILY!!! AND BOUGHT ME THIS!!

"Yes, lass. Family." Scrooge smiles at me.

"Now open my gift, Zehra!!" Dewey urges and I take the little box. Ripping off the Santa Clause themed wrapping paper, I smile widely, not sure what it's going to be.

I hope it's not a expensive gift. If it is, I swear to God I'll return it.

I open the blue box and see little heart shaped papers inside. Each one has different writing. I look up to Dewey and see him biting his lower lip.

"What's this??" I ask, taking a piece of paper and showing it to everyone.

Dewey laughs. "It's 100 things I love about you." He says calmly and I feel butterflies in my stomach.

"Aww~" The family says and I swear, my face could not get anymore red.

I flip the paper over, starting to read, but Dewey snatches it from my hand. "Read it tonight." He says huskily, making me have to look away, and when I do, I stop at the girls, mouths wide open. Lena wiggles her eyebrows at me.

"NEXT!" I yell.
