'Chapter 73 - Athena

ATHENA POV

I look up at Theo and grinned.

Though it hurt.

Him punching the lights out of me, had caused me to bleed eternally onto my face. My eyes were swollen but I could still see, and so was my bottom lip.

Theo was staring at the spot where the portal had just closed, his eyes blazing in anger.

"See?" I choked out, making Theo snap his head towards me.

I lifted my arms, making the chains I was being restrained to rattle, but lifting my arms make my shoulders hurt from being pulling out of their socks, and I slumped back against the cold chamber wall and rested the back of my head on it.

"We might not be able to change the prophecy," I said, as Theo wrapped the whip he still had in his hands around his fists quickly as he walked back up to me. "But that won't stop them from trying." I finish, earning a few cracks of the whip against my already slashed up body.

I whimpered hysterically, as my body jolted at each hard contact on my body.

I closed my eyes.

I was NOT going to give in to this monster.

That thought made Theo snarl at me and only whipped me harder and longer.

I hardly felt the pain anymore, my body already numb from it.

There was NOTHING he could do that he hadn't already done to me to make me forget, become, or even do now.

Watching Eve and Zerha working together like that would NOT change how I felt or think about anything.

Theo stopped whipping me suddenly, and laughed, making me look up at him in alarm.

"You don't think I still can't break you?" He snickered at me.

He moved in close to me, making me flatten my back against the wall, wanting so much to just disappear into it to get away from him.

"I've already have someone I can use to help me with that." He hissed, his eyes shining brightly.

I stare at him.

"W, What are you talking about?" I demanded to know.

"NO!" I shouted.

"Yes." Theo shot back.

"You promised no one would get hurt!" I reminded him, my entire body trembling.

"And he won't get hurt. He's coming here on his own free will too, Athena. To save YOU. Whatever happens after THAT is fair game." Theo informed me.

"NO!" I shouted again, my heart racing, "Please! Don't! I'll -. I'll do anything you want!" I begged, and crawled over to him like a dog and started to quickly undo his belt, while looking at him straight in the eyes.

He looked down at me, unfazed by my begging as his pants dropped to the floor so did his boxers. I looked at his cock in front of me and opened my mouth about to put it in when he gripped my hair and yanked my head back, making me yelp and look up at him.

"DID I ASK YOU TO WHORE YOURSELF OUT TO ME?" Theo roared, and flung me across the room, making me smack against the wall so hard that I screamed out in pain.

I forced myself to look at him, my vision getting blurry.

Then his tone turned gentle, and he walked up to me, I flinched when he cupped my cheek and rubbed his thumb across a bleeding spot there.

"If you would just turn into Heleli for me. Then I wouldn't have to use Louie. She and I can get married. Rule over this realm, destroy Zerha and rule over the mortal realm too! We'll become unstoppable! You and Me! Just -. Give up!" He urged me.

I stare at him.

Theo sighed and straightened himself up, and I closed my eyes as he put his boxers, pants, and belt back on.

"Why is this so much harder activating Heleli then last time?" He whined, as he opened the torture chamber doors.

I squinted at the light that shown behind it, and hissed as if it hurt me.

Because last time I didn't have Louie...

Theo glanced back at me and frowned.

"Then maybe I should make sure you don't have them, anymore." Theo told me, and with that he marched out of the door, slamming it shut behind him.

I hear him jiggle some keys and heard the lock click to the door, leaving me alone in the darkness.

I close my eyes again and flashes of what I had witnessed through the small portal warmed me up on the inside, then the outside.

At least they are working together, and still safe.

I hate this.

I DON'T WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL! WHY?! WHY ME?! EVE IS A BIG GIRL! SHE DOESN'T NEED ME!

"Matt! You coming?" Eve calls out to me.

I hang my head and jog up to her. She rolls her eyes when I groan.

"Eve." I say and stop walking to school. She raises an eyebrow and turns around to face me. Her blonde pig-tailed hair glows in the sunlight, along with her bright red eyes. She's wearing a white shirt and black leggings. "We don't have to do this..." I say lifting one arm up trying to prove my point while my other one is hanging onto my back pack. "We can PRETEND like we went!"

She rolls her eyes. "Matt. You and I both know dad won't fall for it."

I groan again.

"Oh, stop being a baby!" She scolds and grabs my hand, walking me with her. "How's the tail situation...?" She whispers as some guys on skateboards pass by us.

I look behind me and look back to Eve. "Well, Zehra's spell is holding on quite nicely. I don't even feel it."

"Good." She says as we see the school. We both stop and stare, a few kids bumping into us as we do. "You ready for this?"

I gulp.

I HATE school.

Fucking HATE it.

I got bullied in school. I was never the... social type. People thought I was trying to be cool, but honestly. I just didn't care for their drama. Then "big kids" would call me names like "wannabe emo", "Mad Matt" All that shit.

I hated it. I hated them. And I hated school.
