Chapter 36- Zehra

MATT POV

Eve is starting to learn to walk!! She doesn't have a crib anymore, that means she can sit and and crawl! NOW I'M GONNA TEACH HER TO WALK!

I sit on my knees 3 feet in front of her.

She tilts her head, not sure what I'm trying to do. "Matt...!" She says and giggles when I stick my tongue.

"Come here, Eve!" I say and place my hands around Eve as she tries to stand up. "Come to me!"

She chuckles when she sees she's taller.

I place one hand in front of her, and she grabs it with both hands. Slowly, I start walking backwards, and if Eve wants me with her, she'll have to walk along with me. 

She doesn't have to walk alone just yet, I'm here to help her.

After a good 30 minutes of her walking with her using me as support, it's time to test how well I taught her.

"Hey Eve!" I say and stand up, and remove my hands from from her tiny little body. "Come to me!"

She giggles, making my heart flutter and she starts to walk towards me. 

Look, I'm not trying to take over Louie and Athena's parental life, I'm really not.

The dream realm, anything can happen.

What happens here is different. At home, there's a bigger gravitational pull, this place makes you light, so it's easier to walk. She'll have to use what I thought her here at home, from the beginning. 

"Yay! Matt!" She grabs my face, and laughs.

I laugh along and lift her up, spinning her in the air, making her giggle even more. I smile at the sight.

"Weee!" She laughs and bring her down and hug her close to my chest.

I didn't expect to love this little girl this much. I didn't even think I'd meet her- Athena not letting me.

But here we are... I'm her first word, and I taught her to walk.

"Guess what?" I say to her placing her on my lap. I grab her hands and bring my face close to her and she grabs my face and rubs our noses together. 

"Wha?" She says and I laugh. 

What a smart girl...

"I'm not gonna let Emma hurt you." I say and she claps. "And I found out we imprinted!"

She raises her eyebrows and places her index finger on her lips, pursing her lips, making it look like she messed up. ^^Image above^^

I roll my eyes, smiling down at her. If I could, I would leave Emma in a second to be with baby and my family. 

But I can't leave. Not until we can make sure it's safe to live like normal ducks.

"Matt!" She says and she grabs her heart and throws it around like confetti, while looking at my eyes.

I tilt my head. What does that mean? Her chest hurts?!

She does it again, but says, "Love!!" When she makes it explode. 

OH! Aww!

"Aww! You love me?" I say tickling her stomach. 

She giggles and nods. 

"I love you too." I say and twist my lips and cross my eyes making a silly face, and her laugh.

When Eve teleported me home, and I got back, Emma almost caught me...

Let's hope she doesn't do that again...

ZEHRA POV

We brought Goldie to McDuck Manor, and we plan on surprising Uncle Scrooge! She's planning a surprise party with Huey. 

Webby is playing with Turbo and teaching him tricks, along with B.O.Y.D who decided to stay with us for a while. 

She taught him this REALLY cool one where she tells him to come, he runs up to her, but falls on the ground when Webby makes a gun with her fingers and pretends to shoot him.

HOW DID SHE TEACH HIM THAT?!

Auntie Beakley is with Violet, rearranging some things. 

Liam is watching TV with Lena.

Wait- I phrased that wrong. Liam's watching TV. Lena's watching him with the coldest glare I've ever seen.

Me and Dewey are in bed. Not having sex like he wants to but cuddling. 

Hey, Game Master told me to enjoy these times and be happy. 

"I don't know..." I say while I lay on Dewey's chest. His arms is wrapped around my back, keeping me close to him and I curl into him. "It's not like I know who he was. He just knew who Matt and I were, and told me to be happy..."

Yerp! I'm telling Dewey about my encounter with the Game Master. It's the right thing to do. Especially if a shady man kisses your hand- I think it's best to tell your boyfriend...

"I guess you should do as he says, babe. He seems important..." He says looking down at me.

I look up at him. "Yeah but... it was weird... like there was more he wasn't telling me, so I offered him a drink so he could tell me more, but he declined. What's really weird is he knew where to find me, and no security alerts went off."

He curls his lips. "Well, Aunt Goldie did the same thing, and no security alerts went for her. Maybe he used the same entrance as her."

He has a point. Goldie doesn't clean up after herself. She expects someone else to.

"And..." Dewey says sitting up. I sit up too, crossing my legs. He grabs my waist. "I have another way to make you happy." He smirks, and I roll my eyes.

I guess it counts. 

I roll my eyes. "Fine..." And right away he pulls me on top of him, kissing me roughly.

LIAM POV

I'm waiting for Lena to leave... even if it's for a second, I can use it to go to the Demon Realm like Athena wants. 

I'll find you, Game Master.

I'll get my answer...

And I'll kill you.
