Chapter 74- Zehra

MATT POV

I know it's wrong... but I really want to punch these girls.

"So..." A blonde one starts at lunch. Ugh, where's Eve?! "What's your name?" She asks touching my shoulder.

It takes all my energy to not barf. "Matt."

A red head giggles. "Hot..."

I shut my eyes. When will this day end?! 

"Hey..." I open my eyes to Eve's voice and sigh when I see it's her. "You good?"

I look beside me to the 2 girls and back to Eve. "No."

The girls just giggle and Eve gives me a pitiful look. "Sorry, Matt..." 

I roll my eyes and ignore the girls who are touching my hair and shoulders. "So! How's your day been?" I ask wide eyed, to scare the girls. But they don't even notice, nd I whine when the red head invites more over.

Eve runs her hand though the ends of her hair. "Not... the best."

I stiffen. "Why?"

She wets her lips and motions behind her with her eyes. I follow her gaze to a the twin of this blonde girl WHO WON'T STOP TOUCHING ME!

I narrow my eyes at him as he stares at Eve. I clear my throat and stand up, making the girls whine at my disappearance. 

Mr. Blonde Boy looks up at me with a stupid look. "Uh, can I help you?"

I wait a second, then smile and sit next to him. "You interested?" I ask with a smirk motioning with my eyebrow to Eve who's trying to hide her face from us.

Blondie chuckles. "Heh, yeah. She's pretty cute." I feel my blood boil at that. 

"Yeah...." I start and place a hand on his shoulder, making the other jock looking dudes at his table glare at me for touching Mr. Big Guy. "You can't have her. I'm Matt by the way." I hold my hand out.

He glares at me. "Scott. And why not?" He asks while shaking my hand. 

Um. Heh.

I uh.. didn't think this part through.

"Because, my friend. She already has a boyfriend." I say rather proudly.

Scott makes a fist. "WHO?!"

I gulp. "His name is.... Nathaniel." I lie. "He lives in New Yolk." 

Scott narrows his eyes and looks at me like I don't know simple math. "Isn't that far?"

WELL, DUUUUHHHH! 

"Yes it is, my good man." I say. "It's a long distance relationship, and uh, she's not too happy with guys hitting on her."

Scott nods, smiles, and holds his hand out for me again. "Heh, thanks man! I was pretty hesitant, but now I know. I should get this girl."

I smile and shake his hand. "Yeah- Wait what?! NO! I JUST SAID-"

He glares at me. "Do you think I'm stupid?"

Yes.

"I know you're lying. She doesn't have a boyfriend named Nathaniel." FUCKKKKK! "Tell me... are you her boyfriend?"

I nearly choke on air. "W- WhAt?!"

The guys in the table laugh and compliment me. "Nice catch! Ayeee!  Get em!"

"You're one lucky bastard, Matt." Scott says and licks his teeth. "Keep her happy."

I laugh sheepishly and walk back to Eve with a shocked expression. I don't sit in my previous spot, I sit next to Eve. Those girls are still there...
