Chapter 88 - Athena - Valentine's Day Speical Part 10

HELEI POV

Man. It was good to be back. I couldn't STOP grinning, even when Theo turned to ashes and his screams echoed around the chamber.

Good riddance I say.

After his screaming died down I pulled Emma close from behind me.

"I missed you." Emma says, as I started play with her left breast while I start to kiss her neck.

"Missed you too." I said, between kisses and pinched her nipple making her moan loudly. I spot Liam who's eyes were still blazing from what Theo tried to do.  "Why don't I try and calm Liam down a bit?" I ask her as I move side ways.

She whines at the loss of my touch as I make my way towards the Prince of Demons. Him being the Prince and me the Queen.

His eyes dart from me to Emma who rolled her eyes as she started to put on her clothes and stalk out of the room. She wasn't going to watch her brother and me have sex. It would be WAY too weird.

"I shall inform everyone of Theo's...." She paused to find the right word. "Departure," and with that she left the room.

I bat my eyelashes at Liam who only rolled his eyes.

I tried every which way to get him into the mood, but for some reason he just wasn't into it which made me confused.

What was going on with Liam?

LOUIE POV

Eve is out with Zehra and Dewey.

That will give me and Matt some time to talk.

I find him scowling at something in the distance from within his guest bedroom as he stared out of the window but when I entered it he jumped when he heard the door shut behind me.

"What do you want?" He asked in an irritable tone.

I raised an eyebrow at him.

He avoided my eyes and cleared his throat before changing his tone.

"Um. I -. I mean, what brings you in here? Louie?" He asked.

I force myself not to smirk and instead asked in a calm voice.

"I need your help to get Athena." I tell him. "You were right. Liam WAS a bad idea."

Matt blinked.

"I... Was right?" He repeated, staring at me in disbelief.

I guess he wasn't use to me praising him for once.

"Yeah. You were right. So that's why I need your help." I tell him.

Matt sighed and glanced out the window again before he looked back at me. I can tell he was trying hard not  snap or lash out at me.

Maybe he got the feeling that I was sending Eve way without his knowledge?

"Look -. Louie its not that simple." Matt told me. "You only seen half of what that place is like. The longer you stay -. The longer you turn INTO what you hate about yourself most. For us -. It's our demon self -. Our sexual selves that feed off it like every day food just to survive." Matt explains then shuddered. "I really don't want to turn back into what I was, Louie. Not know that Eve and I -." He stopped and winced as if he was hearing something I wasn't.

"I'm not asking you to stay there, Matt. I'm asking you to get me the lay out -. Maybe some map or something, and open a portal. I'm going in alone this time. That way I don't have to worry about anyone else getting into the same situation as Liam did." I tell him.

Matt stares at me.

"You've thought this through this time, haven't you." He realizes.

I nod.

Nobody to get in the way, or get hurt because of me.

Main reason I wanted to send Eve away.

If Emma or Theo got to her -.

I'd loose them both.

Eve and Athena.

Then I'd be alone again.

I wasn't about to let that happen.

Nobody should ever be alone, not when they already had the feel for something they thought they'd never have.

Like love.

Matt was about to open his mouth to answer me when the door busted open and Huey barged in, his eyes filled with fear and he looked scared.

But what scared me most about how he looked, was that Huey looked scared for...

Me.

Something that hadn't happened since our adventures with our uncle.

"H -. Huey? What is it?" I ask, almost afraid of the answer.

For some reason Matt and Huey locked eyes and I knew at once that something was wrong.

Really. Really wrong.

HUEY POV

I wince and Violet places a hand on my shoulder. 

"Huebert? What is it?" She asks in a worried tone. 

I meet her eyes, mine filled with fear.

There's no way...

Why me?

'GO! TELL HIM!' 

A male voice says in my mind.

For some reason, I do as he says and run out of Violet and I's room, leaving the packing to her.

I run around the whole mansion, looking for Louie.

Finally, I find him and Matt in Matt's room.

"H- Huey? What is it?" Louie ask in a worried tone.

Matt and I lock eyes... and it's almost like he knows what happened.

Knows that something happened to Athena.

"It- It's Athena... something's wrong."

MATT POV

FUCK! NO! NO NO NO!

I KNEW IT! I FELT HER COME BACK!

FUCK MY DEMON INTUITION! 

WHY DOES HELELI HAVE TO BE BACK?!

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR THE PROPHECY?! 

For Athena and Zehra?!

F- For Eve...?

Will she be okay?

What's going to happen?!

Louie and I lock eyes.

His filled with fear. He curses under his breath.

I need to find Eve. If she stays outside, out in the open, Emma, Heleli, or even... Prince Liam- who has returned- will find her.

Because I'm a demon now too, I can feel when someone is born, returned, killed, or even moved to the mortal realm.

Theo, thankfully has passed...

But Athena and Liam are in  their demon selves.

Let's just pray that the love they have for Louie and Zehra will be enough to bring them back.
