Chapter Forty

Alex sat in her shared room the morning of December 31st packing her overnight bag for New York when Molly came in the room.

"Dear? Can we have a chat?" Molly asked, sitting on her bed beside her.

"Yes Molly?"

"Ron just filled us in on what happened at school, I'm really sorry for what happened. I know I am not your Mother, and I would never want to replace her, but you need a parent, you need support. You deserve a family, and even though we may not biologically be your family but in all the ways that matter, like the love and support. " Molly said, wrapping an arm around her.

"Thank you Molly, I appreciate having you in my life, it feels nice to have all your love and support." Alex said, bringing Molly in for a hug.

"Alright love, keep packing, i hope you guys have fun tonight." Molly said, giving her a smile before exiting the room.

Alex quickly finished packing her bag before she met everyone in the living room.

"Are you guys ready?" She asked, seeing all her friends sat in the living room except Ron.

"Yeah, just waiting for Ron, he's outside. Harry run and grab him will you?" Hermione asked as Harry nodded, heading outside.

A few moments later and Harry came in first.

"Did you grab Ron?" Ginny asked, looking up.

"Uh, about that. He uh, is coming in behind me, with a guest." Harry stammered.

"A guest?" Fred asked as Ron came through the door, with a giggling blonde behind him.

"Julianna." Alex said, barely above a whisper.

"Guys, this is my girlfriend, Julianna. " Ron introduced, "Julianna you know Harry, Hermione, Nathan and Alex, but this is my twin brothers Fred and George, and our little sister Ginny. My Mum and Dad are upstairs."

"So nice to meet you." Julianna said in an overly flirty tone to the twins as they both gave each other a weird look.

"Uh, yeah you too..." George trailed off.

"Anyways, let's go, shall we?" Nathan said before everyone lined up at the fireplace, ready to go. Alex went first through the fireplace, and quickly ended up in what she assumed was Johnny's apartment.

"Our favourite brit!" She heard a voice say from behind her, she quickly stepped out of the fireplace and turned to see Isaac and Johnny. She quickly walked up to them, giving them both hugs.

"Loverboy just ran to get coffee, he will be back soon." Johnny told her as she nodded her head.

Soon everyone had come through the fireplace and all stood around.

"Right, introductions. Fred, George, Ginny, these two bozos are Isaac and Johnny." Alex introduced.

"Ah the famous Fred and George, we have heard SO much about you and your legendary pranks." Isaac said as the twins both gave him large grins.

"AH, our legacy is even being heard by americans!" George cheered.

"Aye the coffee shop we usually go to was closed but I picked up these pre bottled ones? I dunno, I hope Alex likes these, I got 11." Cole hollered coming in the door before stopping when he saw everyone. Alex quickly walked over to him as he pulled her in for a hug, planting a soft and quick kiss on her lips before greeting everyone.

"Ah! Alex's american boyfriend! I'm Fred, this is George and our little sister Ginny." Fred introduced, quickly standing up to shake Coles hand, followed by George.
