"Aviwe." She says once she's turned around.
"You good?" I ask then she nods her head.
"Ayt lemme ask this. We good?" I ask then she doesn't answer.
"So I take that as a no?" I ask looking at her.
"We fine Aviwe." She says. I look away then back at her.
"Bruh, so... so are things gonna be this awkward between the two of us?" I ask.
"Oh, is it awkward?" She asks then I nod my head.
"Mxa, bruh what you mean is it awk... mx, yeah it's awkward." I say
"Haike. I'm not sensing any awkwardness." She says then I run my hand over my face.
"Ayt. Are we gonna talk about yesterday though?" I ask then she doesn't answer me.
"Bruh I'm trying here c'mon." I say.
"Well no one asked you to." She says then I let out sigh.

AVIWE POV
It's break and I'm with Miss Motaung. I haven't said a word and to be honest I really don't feel like talking right now.
"Are you okay?" Miss Motaung asks. I look at her then nod my head.
"You've been awfully quiet though." She says.
"Yeah." I say.
"Did I do something wrong?" She asks then I shake my head.
"I wouldn't be sitting with you if you were the problem." I say.
"So, what is it. Talk to me." She says then stands up and comes to sit next to me.
"Hayi, it's nothing." I say.
"So why aren't you talking?" She asks.
"Okay, if I tell you don't ask me questions about who the person is or whatever nhe?" I say then she nods her head.
"I'm in a situation. I have a friend who likes me, and doesn't wanna be just friends cause mina I don't wanna be in a relationship." I say.
"Can I use a scenario that might help you understand her reasons?" She asks then I look at her questionably. In a way I know where this is going but okay.
"If you wanted to date me, and I didn't wanna be in a relationship, or didn't like you that way... Whatever the situation may be, and I just wanted to be friends, would you agree?" She asks.
"But... Thing is... Not really... But still hayi." I say then she laughs.
"So put your yourself in her shoes, then answer your own question." She says then goes back to her desk and sits down on the chair.
"So just like that?" I ask then she nods her head and shrugs her shoulders.
"But if I do date her there will be other things I'll be losing in the process." I say.
"Like what, losing out on an opportunity to be with someone who will love, commit, respect and all the other aspects there are to look at in a relationship?" She asks arching her eyebrow.
