Chapter 58

MD dance is now over, but we left a bit early cause towards the end it starts being boring anyways. We are in the limo going to the hotel to change and I think it's safe to say we close to wasted at this point.

We have some gqom, house, amapiano, literally everything playing right now. And I'm just going through the most cause I promised myself I wouldn't drink and now the consequences are coming back to bite me.

I'm sitting on my sit and I feel like I'm about to die. Or maybe just vomit right now. We are a few streets away from the hotel and I literally feel like sleeping, but then again I can't ruin the night for Thandile so imma just try to sober up.

I had already messaged Khanya to bring me that smoothie of hers that she made for me.

"Baby, are you okay?" Thandi asks laying her head on my shoulder. I snake my arm around her waist and kiss her forehead.

"I will be." I say then we stay in that position till we arrive at the hotel. Khanya is waiting for us at the underground parking lot.

When we get out I go to her car and open the drivers seat door. She gets a little fright but when she sees it's me she calms down.

"Aviwe you can't do that. Especially after what happened." She says then I look at her.

"After what happened why is your door not locked?" I ask, but she ignores me and gets the smoothie from the cup holder and gives it to me. I feel someones hand go around my waist then see it's Thandi.

"Hi Khanya." She greets her then she gets out of the car and they hug. I look at them and I'm shit confused right now.

"And when did you guys become friends?" I ask.

"Oh, well since I decided I shouldn't speak to you I've been speaking to Thandi about Simphiwe." She says then I squench my eyes trying to figure out who that is.

"Who's that?" I ask.

"The hun from the coffee shop." She says then I shake my head.

"Doesn't ring a bell." I say.

"The girl I asked if she wasn't dating the hun she was with." She says then I remember and start laughing.

"Ooohh, shit. So now I'm useless?" I ask.

"You just too over protective, and you wouldn't understand." She says then I shake my head as I take the last sip of the smoothie.

I give back her cup. "Okay, anyways lemme go get dressed." I say.

"We still have time." Thandi says.

"Yah, but after hearing I have been replaced I feel I don't fit here." I say.

"Really?" Khanya asks.

"Ahhh, mos clearly you don't tell me things anymore, so imma just excuse myself." I say.

"You making this something it's not." Thandi says.

"Thank you for the smoothie." I say then leave the two of them there. To be honest, I'm not touched or offended.

More than anything I understand why she did that, I would've done the same, I'm really just missing a good smoking session with the others.

I hurry in the hotel then go up to my room. I get a message on my phone telling me they're in Aya and Akhona's room. I get my weed from Thandi's bag. I grab sheets and a lighter from my bag then go to Aya's room.

I knock then she opens seconds later. "Ehhh, we thought you weren't coming anymore." Aya says then I get in.

"I couldn't leave without hitting two or three." I say then we go to the balcony. We close the sliding door then I look around me.
