Chapter 59

Just a disclaimer, I'm not gonna write what happened at the party just gonna pass that part. If there is anything I need to relate back to about the party I will do a flashback.

We get back to the hotel high and drunk as fuck, well I wasn't drunk but I was shit high.

The others were both. Now I was basically taking care of nine grown or close to grown ass people. Making sure they don't do something crazy.

And as soon as these people got wasted shit went down at that party, like shit that could most probably potentially ruin their relationship. So imma just stay quiet cause that's the last thing I want.

I know they won't remember anything by tomorrow so everything is cool. As much as Thandi was also wasted she was literally with me the whole time, never left my side, not once so I'm good.

We finally get to our floor after I don't know how long. These idiots kept pressing the buttons on the lift, shit I was scared this shit would mul function. They may be drunk but I'm sure they can get to their rooms with no trouble. Figuring out that the door needs to be opened with a card may take time, but they'll be fine. I pick Thandile up cause this slow walking thing isn't working for me.

I say a short prayer, hoping I don't drop her cause I'm dizzy myself.

We get to the room then lay her down on the bed. I go to the bathroom then put on the water. I undress then get inside.

As I'm washing my face I feel a body against mine. I close me eyes and smile as I tilt my head up. I turn around and gently choke her. I engulf her in a kiss. Our tongue moves in rhythm. The kiss is slow, passionate, gentle, yet it's like we've both been craving it.

I pick her up and her legs wrap around my torso. I have her against the wall and without breaking the kiss I let my hands wonder down her body. My one hand grabs her ass and I squeeze it as my other hand goes to her clit.

We get out the shower after I'm not sure how long then wrap a towel around ourselves. We go to the room then moisturise and other things then she puts on her night dress and I just put on my underwear, boxer shorts and a vest.

I go fetch my speaker from my bag whilst she gets in the blankets. I play A Girl like you by Kevon Edmonds and Babyface.

I get in the blankets and lay on my back. Thandi climbs on top of me and lays her head on my chest. I hold her and we just lay there in silence, firstly enjoying the silence and her being in my arms and secondly just listening to the music. Just letting it be a calm night.

I loved being like this with her. Times when we didn't have to do much, but just enjoy each others presence really did something to me.

She is literally the first girl whose company I enjoy like this. With other people we always have to be doing something, even if it's just talking but something must always be happening.

With her it's different and I love her for that. And from time to time when she just looks at me and smiles really gets me. Her beauty is just too much for me. Sometimes I even wonder, me being the person I am, what would make her so into me.

From the time we started dating till now everything she has done is to make me happy. Sometimes I feel she puts her happiness aside for mine, I love it, but I hate it too.

I looked at her as the song played and smiled. Crazy how a song that once meant nothing means so much because of one person. Crazy.

I Love You by Thami came on then I closed my eyes and just imagined Thandi and I dancing to this song. How I would hold her, how she would let me lead, how close our bodies would be, how intimate we'd be... How just a simple song could have so meanings to you because of one person who just managed to come into your life and change everything.

I really pray to God that I treat her well. How she deserves to be treated. I hope I change my ways for her. I close my eyes and take in a deep breath. I smile as I breathe out. I wonder what her thoughts are.

I've only been with this girl for only a year and I feel like I've known her and been with her for years. If only I could just make her mine, officially. She falls asleep on my chest then I kiss her forehead and close my eyes and fall asleep to this beautiful woman right here.
