Khanya and I are at some coffee type breakfast restaurant. So they basically sell breakfast, coffee, tea, muffins. Yah y'all get were I'm going. We decided to come here after gym.
We order then we sit and talk. "So kana why couldn't Thandi come?" She asks.
(Kana - remind me again)
"Netball practice." I say then she nods her head.
"And wena aren't you a coach?" I ask.
"Yah." She says.
"Then why aren't you there?" I ask.
"I excused myself." She says then I laugh.
"To be with me. Ayt." I say feeling special then she laughs.
"No. Cause you begged me." She says then I look at her.
"Okay so we just gonna pretend like you not lying. Ayt." I say then she laughs.
"You are doing too much. Must I remind you?" She asks.
"Enlighten me." I say then she gets ready to speak.
KHANYA POV
Flashback to 3 days back...
I was sitting watching TV when I got a video call from Aviwe.
-Aviwe Qabaka?
-Khanya Motaung.
She replies then I laugh.
-How are you?
-Living wena?
-How are you living, yet you still young?
-Because of questions like that.
She says and as I was about to talk she carries on.
-Anyways, ending that convo now. Let's go to the gym on Saturday.
-To do what?
And I regret asking that as soon as I heard myself.
-To sleep. What else?
She answers sarcastically.
-I have netball Aviwe.
I say not answering her question.
-Ahhh joh. Just pull through.
-I can't.
-Ahhh, so when you need some I drop everything, but when I ask for a favour it's an issue. Ayt.
She says trying to blackmail me.
-Emotional blackmail won't work on me.
Please joh. Thandile also has netball. I wouldn't have asked you if she wasn't going to netball.
-Ohhh. So I'm your second choice. Atleast when I need a favour you the first person I call.
-Because you single.
-Ohhh?
I say offended.
-Bruh, if you had a partner, would you have called me if some happened or you needed some?
-Yesss.
I say honestly. I really would.
-Ahhh, then good thing you would date a nigga. Cause if you dated a girl you wouldn't be saying this.
She says.
-Even if I was dating a girl, you would still be the first person I call.
-If your partner called someone else and told someone else personal things before they tell you, would you be fine with that?

-So Imma say this again. You only call me first cause you single. Anyways. Gym?
