Well today is the night of the Matric Dance and I'm at my crib with my friends.
Everything has been set up, the ride to the venue and to the after party then back to the hotel.
We had booked the girls in a hotel cause they didn't want to be at their cribs. For some kind of weird reason. Didn't bother asking.
We paid for a guesthouse where we gonna stay at for two nights and yah man.
We had ordered Uber eats and we were just waiting for our food to arrive.
"So I think Imma ask her today." Zuko says then we all look at her questionably.
"Asa, to be my hun." She says.
"It's about some gotdamn time." Siya says then I laugh to myself and shake my head.
"I just wanted to make sure it was what I really wanted." She says.
"And you realise that after an entire year of knowing her. Shit you slow." Siya says.
"She also wanted to wait." Zuko says.
"And it took you a year to learn that you are for each other." Siya says.
"What do you mean?" Zuko asks.
"Y'all literally wanted the same thing, and it took you a year to realise you like those things about her." Siya explains.
"Bruh let me take as much time I want." Zuko says.
As those two have their back and forth me, Aya and Kamva talk.
"Are you gonna go to the after party?" I ask Kamva.
"Olwethu is a problem, but I would want to go joh." She says.
"She still doesn't trust you after this long." Aya says.
"Nah she does, she just doesn't trust me if AV is gonna be there with me too." She says then I look at her offended.
"Ahhh. Guys I also have a hun, why wouldn't she trust me?" I ask.
"Cause you still cheated when you were dating Lerato." Kamva says then Aya agrees with her.
"Ahhh, y'all nyela. You know I only did what I did cause of Rato." I say.
"Her words. Not mine. And just saying, you don't influence me." Kamva says.
"Exactly." I say then Aya laughs.
"Nah, she must calm down though. I'm not that person anyways." I say.
"You do know the girls know about you and Motaung right?" Aya asks.
"You see, my problem is you keep bringing up the past." I say.
"Just saying." Aya says.
"Joh. What's your beef with me?" I ask looking at her. Like she been an ass since she lost that bet last year.
"None." She says.
"Mxa. Fix yourself bruh." I say.
"Your problem is you think you better than all of us here." She says. Ahhh the truth finally came out.
"Ahhh bruh now you just lying." Siya says. She even stopped arguing with Zuko to say that.
"You just feel that way cause you don't put your all into some you do then fight with everyone who does it better than you." Kamva says then I widen my eyes and sit back. Shit.
"Oh?" Aya says then Kamva shrugs her shoulders.
"And just saying. I know I'm not apart of this convo, but as cocky as AV can be she still the most humble and loyal of all of us. The only reason we even have the girls on our side is cause she approached the huns first then opened up the door for us." Zuko says shrugging her shoulders.
