I wake up in the morning and think about last night and Miss Motaung. I guess I'll have to speak to her, cause even though we weren't official like that, actually at all, I still feel she kinda deserves some kind of explanation.
I get out of bed and go brush my teeth. I wash my face then go back to my room and make my bed.
I switch on the speaker and connect it to my phone. I play Mission by Dave East. I go to my closet and look for an outfit to wear.
I grab my white dress shirt and blue jeans.
I go shower, I stay in there for a good 30 minutes then get out. I get dressed then wear my air force. I put on my Tommy Hilfiger watch and brush my hair.
When I'm done I go downstairs and find my mother serving breakfast.
"Oh, Viwe, you on time." She says then I sit down.
"Morning." I say then they look at me.
"Where are you going today?" My dad asks.
"Out, with friends." I say.
"So early?" He asks then I nod my head.
"Yeah, it's been a long boring week, so we thought we should link and I'm not necessarily gonna leave now." I say then my mother hands me my plate.
"Thanks." I say grabbing it.
"Dressed like that?" He asks.
"Yeah." I say.
"You've been leaving these past few days." My mom says.
"Yeah, it's been a busy week." I say.
"So who's this friend?" My mom asks.
"Eish, I'll tell you when the time is right." I say.
"Okay, but we have plans today, so you gonna use your dad's car." She says then I nod my head.
"Which one?" I ask then she looks at me.
"The only one you allowed to drive." She says then I nod my head.
"Did you think he'd let you drive his Bentley?" She asks then I shake my head.
"Nah, I was just asking." I say.
"I could allow her." He says then my mom looks at him.
"Mphendulo." My mom says with a warning voice.
"I didn't say she can though." He says then I laugh as she goes back to eating.
"But I would allow-" he doesn't finish his sentence when she looks at him.
"You taught her how to drive, when I said no and I let that slide. She won't drive that car until she turns eighteen." My mom says then I look a her and laugh.
"Okay. Sorry babe." He says.
"Anyways, don't you think you two should go get your hair cut?" My mom asks looking between my father and I.
