The Rest of My Life (Hawk)

A/N: last of the vday specials so I hope you enjoyed them! I'll write a part 2 to Leaving You at some point in the near future but idk when.

Lots of these take place with our characters being young adults and living on their own or with each other, especially the smuts and these vday specials (exception being Second Chances which got a new chapter yesterday!!), other ones either explicitly happen during the show or you're free to imagine them as old or young as you wish.

Warning: insane amounts of fluff as you wake up next to your boyfriend on february 15...

I rolled over in bed and hit something, why was there something hard in my bed? I opened my eyes and realized I wasn't even in my bed and that "hard thing" I had rolled into was my sleeping boyfriend. I must've accidentally fallen asleep last night and just not woken up until now. I glanced at the clock and it read 7:45, I should really go home, my roommates would be wondering where I am since it's my turn to make breakfast.

I pulled off the covers and I was attempting to extract myself from his arms when he suddenly gripped me tighter and pulled me to him.

"Where do you think you're going?" his voice was husky and almost a whisper and he hadn't opened his eyes yet.

"I gotta get back to my apartment babe, my roommates are gonna be worried."

"They'll be fine without you for a few more hours, stay, pleaseee"

"Maybe just a little longer."

I happily threw the blankets back over my body and snuggled closer to him. It was cold in the room and I didn't particularly feel like looking for my clothes that I was sure would be thrown across the room. He kissed the side of my head and I nuzzled my face into his neck, wrapping my arms around him tighter to fight off the chill.

"D'you sleep okay baby?"

"Hmm? I slept fine, I can't believe I ended up staying all night, I should've gone home."

"What? You don't like waking up here?"

"What? No, of course that's not it."

"What is it then?"

"I dipped on the girls and it was my turn to cook."

He let out a low chuckle, "Well I'm glad that's not the reason because I wanted to ask you something."

I pulled back a bit to look at his face, "Which is?"

"Well, I was wondering if maybe next time you slept over here, you'd like it if you didn't have to go home?"

"I'm not sure what you mean."
"What if this was your home? I'm trying to ask if you want to move in with me y/n?"

I let out a small gasp, "Really?"

"Yeah, I've been thinking about it for a while and this morning solidified it, I want to wake up next to you every day y/n."

"I want that too Eli."

"So is that a yes?"

"Yes, I'll move in with you. I need to make arrangements with my current roommates since I'm on their lease, but of course I want to."

He leaned over and kissed me and I pushed into him, tangling my hands in his hair.

"I know we haven't talked about marriage, and I'm not proposing so you can calm down, but I do know I want to spend the rest of my life with you baby."

"Aww Hawk, I want that too."

I smiled at him and he grinned, "That means I'll get to do this every morning."

"Do wha-"

He tickled my side and I shrieked and tried to kick him but he had my legs pinned, and I couldn't do anything but thrash around underneath him until he stopped and hovered over me.

"I love you y/n."

"I love you too Eli."

He bent down and kissed me, I took the opportunity to roll him over so we were laying on our sides facing each other again.

"I can't wait for this to be our home, and to have you here with me all the time. You have roommates, but it's just been me here for almost a year now, since Miguel moved out. I'm excited to have someone around again, but I'm even more excited that that someone is you."

"I can't wait to have a home with you too, I want mornings like this for the rest of my life."

He kissed my forehead and pulled me into his chest, "We're both off work so we have the rest of the day to figure out the details so for now, let's go back to sleep. I'm still tired and you've gotta be exhausted and sore, let's just cuddle some more and we can do the responsible adult things later."

"I like that plan." my voice was a murmur and muffled by his chest but he hummed in agreement and we both fell back asleep.

A/N: shorter chapter but pure fluff as I promised so you're welcome. This concludes the valentine's themed chapters so I hope you enjoyed them. Since this one and Tory's were late we'll be back on schedule with a chapter tonight.
