A/N: Robby x Sam request for @hannah16801 - I didn't get a plot suggestion only vibes to go off of so I hope you like this!

Sam looked around as she walked through the hallway on her way out of the school. She rounded a corner and ran straight into someone.

"Sorry," she started to get up off the floor when a hand extended towards her and she took it, seeing who had helped her up. Sam squeaked and apologized again.

"Are you okay?" Robby gave her a once over and Sam flushed.

"Yeah, I'm so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going and-"

"It's okay LaRusso. I'm fine, you're fine, everything is fine."

"Oh okay." She started to back away but Robby grabbed her hand again.

"Leaving already?"

"I really should get going, I was heading out to my car so I can go home."

"I mean, you could do that, or you could stay here."

"And do what?"
"Be with me, obviously." He said it like it was the most obvious thing in the world and Sam struggled to figure out why he was taking such an interest in her all of a sudden.

"I dunno, I have a lot of homework, and it's not like we ever really talk or hand out or anything."

"All the more reason for you to stay."

"Can I take a raincheck?"
"Sure, but I'm holding you to it."

"I'll see you later Robby."

"Bye Sam."

Sam scurried off towards the parking lot and began trying to process what had just happened.

*time skip to a couple days later*

Sam decided to stop by her dad's dealership before going home so she could give him his house keys back. She had forgotten hers at the dealership the other day so they had decided to just swap until it got sorted out. Sam walked into the dealership and went straight back to her dad's office, waving at the staff who knew her.

"Hey dad."

"Oh hi Sam, what's up?"
"I have your keys, I thought you might want them."

"Oh, yes, thank you. I have yours."

They traded the sets of keys and as Sam started to turn to leave, her dad stopped her.

"I want you to meet my new employee, he's around your age and your mom and I are very impressed with him."

"Okay, sure."

Daniel led Sam out to the showroom where Robby was wiping down a car, and as they approached Sam's face drained of color.

"Hey Robby, you got a second?"

"Of course Mr. LaRusso, what's up?"

"I wanted you to meet my daughter, this is Sam. Sam, this is Robby."

"Oh, we've met." Sam muttered under her breath and wished she was anywhere but here.

"What was that?"

"Nothing dad, it's nice to see you again Robby."

"Again? Do you two know each other?"

"We go to the same school sir, we have several classes together."

"Yup, Robby and I were paired up for a group project a while back in english."

"Oh, well I'm glad you two have met, I'm gonna go back to my office but please, feel free to chat for a few minutes before Sam leaves." He hurried away and quickly disappeared from sight.
