"We don't have to go there if you're not feeling well, boo..."

Both of them were about to join Ryujin's family for christmas, and maybe the outsider would have been more excited about it if they hadn't bumped into Lia's parents yesterday, but if her girlfriend is coming with her, she would probably enjoy it one way or another.

"It's okay, at least I'm doing better than yesterday. And it might help me to get my head free, so don't worry."

"Okay, okay... But are you sure?"

"I'm sorry, I'm just... really careful when it comes to you. I'll stop now."

"No no no, it's the sweetest thing ever! But... just trust me, I'll be fine."

Of course, Lia didn't want her boo to stop being as cute as she is, as it is one of her greatest features, but sometimes, she might be thinking a bit too much about the smaller girl.

While the popular girl was still in the bathroom, applying make up to her face, the outsider was actually still in her room, struggling to put her suit on.

Ryujin simply liked suits more than dresses, which is why practically always showed up to family events with a suit, as her family got used to it pretty quickly.

When she was done putting on her suit, she almost instantly walked into the bathroom, not even hesitating to wrap her arms around her lover's waist, burrying her head into the crock of her neck.

"Okay, I think I'm ready to go... What about you?"

"I'm still a bit nervous, but overall, I think I'm done."

"Why nervous?"

"Well, I've never met your family... And also, I don't even know if they're going to like me."

"Trust me, they will love you. And even if they don't, I can guarantee you that they will accept you and try getting along with you one way or another."

"Okay, I'll just trust you on this one then."
