T H E V I L L A

Its a five hectare land at the rear part of Subic Zambales, with a beachfront view and a country side ambiance. With that huge gate at the entrance a concrete fence with mahogany trees alternating with coconut tress, no one can ever see what's inside this property. Its is a very secluded place which whoever the owner is, he makes sure that the property is privately  guarded. Upon entering the place the first thing your eyes will encounter at your left is the refreshing mango orchard equally planted with uniform distance to each other. How nice to stare at them with mango fruits hanging in every branches. When you turn your sight to the right your jaw will drop with the richness of the vineyard. With mouthwatering grape fruits that is starting to grow abundantly. From the main gate is a long road in between the mango orchard and the vineyard, your eyes will be busy looking at the site of fruit bearing trees as you enjoy the journey entering the perimeter where the main villa is located. 

At the end of the road you will encounter the greenhouse where different kinds of flowers and orchids are planted. You will never go wrong because you can smell that sweet scent of  fragrance coming from there. It is carefully taken care of individually, different kind of flower  means different way how to handle it. Beside the greenhouse is a nipa hut with native furniture in it. Its cool to stay and rest there for a while since the ambiance is very relaxing. There's also   a playground for kids beside the nipa hut. It has outdoor swings, a pair of seesaw and bunch of slides with different heights  for the children to enjoy. 

There is also a three layer infinity pool with jacuzzi surrounded with pine trees for shades, tables with colorful umbrella hut, pool sunbed loungers and beach chairs with matchy-matchy colors to blend, and don't forget the spiral slides that everyone can enjoy. Alongside the pool is a gazebo with a complete kitchen equipments and a barbeque kiosk for everyday barbeque party. You can enjoy the spa and the steam bath before plunging to the pool and to wrap up the romantic ambiance during the night the poolside is decorated with LED lights with water fountain also with lights that changes its color depending upon the output of the water. 

Basketball court is a must if we are talking about amenities  plus a billiard hall if your guest is not a fan of physical sports. Your guest must not feel bored whenever they are in such a secluded place like this. This whole place is like a farmville and a private resort, with carabaos, goats, native chickens and pigs. They are feed organically and same with the trees. The owner prohibits pesticides and non-organic chemicals, he makes it a point that it is free from any harmful radicals so that it will be safe for everyone including his own family.  

The heart of this five hectare property is THE VILLA, which is seated at the center of the land with the grand beachfront view . It is a two storey house with attic, seven bedrooms with a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room where you can entertain your guests and a twelve seater dinning table in a elegant dinning area. The whole ground floor of house is surrounded with lanai which you can walk over the fishponds with koi fish in it. Second floor is where the bedrooms are located. Each bedroom  is accentuated with balcony some are facing the ocean others has the poolside view. Everything inside the villa is shouting for elegance, class and beauty.  From the furnitures, appliances, curtains and linens is pricey. The villa is adorn with a towering door and huge windows so that the wind from the ocean will pass through and will give the house a refreshing atmosphere. There's no reason that you will not love this place, it's homey and cozy and you can feel at peace with nature. Unlimited fresh air that you breath, the singing waves of the ocean that adds calmness for oneself and the very surreal setting of the whole place. 

Adjacent to the villa is a three storey guest house, just like the main villa it is exquisite in style suitable for classy taste of the owner.  It has twelve spacious bedrooms, entertainment room with complete set up that everyone will be satisfy. The kitchen is a must to experience especially if you enjoy cooking and for sure everybody will be pleased to eat in the impressive dining area. Its main door is as grandiose as the villa and the windows of the entire guest house has its magnificent three hundred sixty degrees view of the entire property.
