ALIX's   POV

Having Mandy accidentally was tough especially those times that everything in my life is uncertain. I had so many things to carry on my hand, can't just decide for myself because I have my baby to think of. There's so much to give up regardless how valuable it is to me. Eversince I have Mandy she's on my top priority.

Since Zeigan came into our life everythings change, it's like my world make a 360 degree turn... I'm in a different direction and perspective. Before i just have Mandy to take care of but now there's my husband who happens to be the more needy to my attention. I never knew that he is this clingy, regardless of where we are he will show his affection towards me in a very possible way. As we share our life together in one roof the more I get to know Zeigan, everyday I'm falling deeply inlove with him, I think I found my soulmate finally. 

Tapos na ang chemotheraphy sessions ni Mandy, as per her doctor maganda ang response ng katawan ng anak ko sa ginawang treatment sa kanya. Though there's this percentage ng remission, but I there's no room for  any negative thoughts right now, only gratitude for our daughter's health. For now that all that matters to us.

I am busy cooking for our dinner when Zeigan came from office. Alam na alam kong nandyan na ang asawa ko dahil sa boses ni Mandy na mas matinis pa sa doorbell ng bahay. As usual naglalandian ang mag-ama ng pumunta sa kitchen.

"Hey misis busy ka yata? Di mo man lang ako sinalubong..."  Zeigan came near me  and kiss my lips habang kalong si Mandy

"Baka kasi masunog yung niluluto ko..." sabay halik din sa kanya

"Sobrang importante naman nyan? Pwede namang i-off..." hirit pa nya ulit

"Hhmm, oo na, noted Engineer Montero..." umiral nanaman ang pagka-bossy

"I want to see my wife the moment I step inside the house. Gusto ko ikaw ang una kong makikita when I go home after work." hayaan na po nag-umpisa nanaman ang pagka-clingy ng asawa ko.

"Oo na po, mukha ko na ang makikita mo pag dating mo..." hinalikan ko na lang para matapos na ang diskusyon

But Zeigan is not Zeigan kung hindi nya tatagalan ang halik na iginawad nya sa akin kanina. As usual nakayakap yan sa likod ko habang tinutuloy ko ang pagluluto.

"Bango naman...."

"Favorite mo yan...beef with mushroom sauce!"

"Mabango ung ulam pero mas mabango si Mrs. Montero ko." at may kasama pang halik sa leeg habang nakayakap sa akin. Save by the bell eto na si Mandy at tinatawag na ang daddy nya.

"Daddy let's play....you promise!" naka-ngusong tawag sa ama nya

"Of course princess....daddy will play with you."  sagot nya sa anak saka ako binalikan ng yakap at halik "I'll just play with Mandy."

Dinner time at kumpleto ang pamilya sa dining table. As usual all ears kame kapag si Mandy ang nagsasalita. Halos nakabawi na sya ng lakas kaya makulit at bibang-biba nanaman. Wala na siguro akong mahihiling pa as long as she will always be this healthy and bubbly little girl that she used to be.

"What if we go on a vacation? What do you think Love?"  tanong ni Zeigan habang nagsasalit ng baba at taas ang dalawang kilay.

"Vacation? Bakit mo naman naisip magbakasyon?"

"Well I think we all need a break, especially you and Mandy. Alam mo na the stress we felt during those times  na nagki-chemo nya. Gusto ko lang na maka-recharge tayong lahat. Right princess?"

"Yehey vacation tayo, daddy ayoko sa Baguio ha..."  sabi ni Mandy kaya nagtawanan ang lahat

"Hijo paano ang opisina mo kung magbabakasyon tayo?"  si Mama
