Ice Skating

The moment we stepped into the ice rink there was a wide spread panic between seven of us, meanwhile one couldn't get out on the ice fast enough.

"Do we have to go out there?" I turned to a camera that was filming us, the cameraman just nodded at me.

The staff members was quick to rush up and get us a pair of skates each, along with a helmet. Before any of us got out on the ice, Sunghoon had already gotten out and was flawlessly and easily skating around before skating over to the barriers and looking at us.

"Heeseung hyung and Jungwon-ie have tried it before," Sunghoon pointed out.

"Doesn't mean we're any good," Jungwon reminded and closed his helmet.

"Who dares go first?" Jay questioned and we all glanced around at each other.

"I'll go," I offered and quickly got up before stepping out on the ice, with Sunghoon's help.

"Have you ever tried before?" he questioned me as he pulled me a bit out on the ice.

"A frozen lake... about... seven years ago," I nodded at him, "if not more."

"Try it," he urged and let go of my hands before just skating away.

"Park Sunghoon!" I screamed out, hearing laughter from behind me, "please! I feel like Bambi!"

"Try!" Sunghoon laughed, "just skate towards me."

I glanced up at him before hesitantly nodding and pulling myself together to skate towards him. It went surprisingly well, I didn't slip or fall, and even Sunghoon looked surprised, all until I crashed into him. He quickly caught the both of us as the other boys laughed.

"So you just can't stop yourself," he let out a small laugh, "don't get too much speed, I'll go get another boy."

Sunghoon quickly left me standing dumbfounded on the ice as he walked out and pulled the boys in one by one.

I was slowly skating back and forth before I decided to glance towards the boys. Sunghoon was eagerly working on getting Jay and Jake to let go of each other, as they stood bended forwards towards one another and held tightly onto the other's elbow, starring wide eyed at the ice right below them. I let out a small laugh at the sight before letting my eyes drift to the other boys.

Heeseung was doing just fine on his own, skating towards me. Meanwhile Sunoo was clutching tightly onto Niki's arm, whilst Niki tried with all his might to hold his balance for the two.

"Look at this, look at this," Heeseung laughed as he pointed to Sunghoon that pulled Jungwon out on the ice by his hands.

Jungwon was sure enough standing on his feet, bent over completely as he just yelled and screamed out for Sunghoon to let him get off the ice.

"Oh... I hope the cameras are getting a good shot of this," I laughed in amusement.

"Hyung just let me go! Let me lay down on the ice to die!" Jungwon cried out making me let out another laugh.

"Bubs!" Sunghoon turned to me with a look that just screamed 'help me'.

"What do you want me to do? You're the skate progidy," I pointed out to him.

"Please help me, take him or something. I give up!" Sunghoon complained making me laugh before slowly skating over to the two and grabbing onto Jungwon's hands, as he just stared at his own hands as if they were the most scary thing ever.

"Chin up Wonie, or you're gonna fall," I laughed at him making him lift his chin upwards but directing his eyes down, "Hoonie? Can you like? Push him to stand up straight?"

Sunghoon immediately nodded before giving Jungwon's butt a small push, making the boy scream out as his skates moved forward as he straightened up. Sunghoon then quickly skated on to help Niki and Sunoo.

"Here, try and stand straight and just hold onto my shoulders," I offered and turned my back to him and placed his hands on my shoulders, "we're just gonna go around slow."

I began skating around in a slow manner, making Jungwon immediately scream out in crys.

"Slow down! Slow down! Too fast!" Jungwon cried out at me.

"We're barely even moving," I let out a small laugh at him as I slowly stopped skating and he immediately wrapped his arms tightly around my shoulders, "we can't move forward now..."

"If I'm going down, you're going down with me," he hissed at me, "it's always been like that."

"I- WHAT KIND OF LOGIC IS THAT?" I questioned in shock making him just giggle into my ear, "I swear to god, I'm leaving you right here," I stated and slipped out of his embrace before skating two meters away from him and turning to look at him as I crossed my arms.

"Ji~" he loudly whined as he fumbled his arms out after me, "don't leave me."

"Then let me help you actually skate!" I whined back at him.

"Yah! Stop acting like little kids!" Jay yelled after us as Heeseung and Sunghoon were struggling to pull Jay and Jake apart.

"We are kids!" Jungwon yelled back at him before turning to me, "please come back."

"Will you be willing to try and learn?" I questioned and he immediately nodded, "okay... come here Pretty Boy," I muttered before skating over and grabbing his hands, making him immediately relax, and I let out a small laugh, "cute."

"Next time we're doing taekwondo," he let out a small laugh as I helped pull him along as he tried to move his feet the same way as I did.

"Then I want us to go to a gym as well," I hummed at him making him let out a gasp.

"Would we be able to try those bar thingies? And do sommersaults?" he questioned and I just shrugged.

"I could teach you... I guess," I nodded at him making him happily giggle before I slowly let go of his hand.

"No! I need support!" he immediately yanked my arm back into his grip as we continued to carefully skate around.

In the end I somehow managed to get Jungwon off the ice without him falling even once. However Jake and Sunoo were the less lucky ones, and had apparently fallen a total of  39 times, all together. Which was quite impressive, considering we only were at the rink for an hour. Why Heeseung had counted their falls, I don't know, but I found it quite amusing to be honest.
