I walked to the dance studio where music was playing from. I carefully opened the door to see all the boys standing and either stretching or just dancing around.
"Hello!" I cooed out to them making most look over at me with a grin, before Sunoo pointed over in the corner. I walked over to him and saw the small camera as I happily waved at it, as I unbuttoned my school blazer, "dance jam?" I questioned he nodded.
I went back to my bag and pulled out my sweatpants and pulled them on, over my safety shorts, that was under my school skirt, before I pulled off my school skirt over my sweatpants, and unbuttoned my shirt, to leave me in my white t-shirt underneath. I happily went back to the boys and went over and poked Heeseung's shoulder, making him snap out of the small freestyle he was doing, and immediately turn to me.
"I talked with my counselor again today," I quietly told him and he eagerly nodded, "my merit will be transferred by mid-December," I replied and he grinned widely at me.
"So... no more video classes?" he questioned and I shook my head as a wide grin spread on his face, "go tell Niki, he's been thinking a lot about it lately."
I happily nodded and jumped over to Niki, who was dancing that one part of 'Blue Hour' with Jungwon. I carefully stood behind him until the two seemed to be done with it, before I poked Niki's shoulder making him immediately turn around to me.
"I'm gonna go to school on full time... here," I told him and he grinned widely before hugging me tightly, "I told you I would stay here."
He happily nodded as he pulled away and I happily stood up on my toes to pat his head softly, before skipping about, letting him continue to dance with Jungwon.
I was wandering about for a while before beginning to stretch out for a short moment, before just moving around, not knowing what to do. I never really knew what to do in these jam lives. At one point I had found myself in the corner doing some small turns by myself, before walking out and stepping around on the floor, watching the other boys goof around. I did feel some sort of self awareness whenever we did those lives. I had a very hard time just going around and improvising whilst being live, I could do it any other time, and I could easily talk on a live or something, but dancing on a live... that was my problem. I guess it was just some good training for the future.
At one point I had gotten into my own little world, and had begun dancing 'I Can't Stop Me' by Twice. I had learned the dance within a few times of watching their stages since the album was released. I was not even a Twice fan, they were never really my taste, but I did respect them, as I should. But to be honest 'I Can't Stop Me' just hit me, honestly what a bop. It kept playing in my head on repeat, I couldn't help it. I guess I can't stop me... alright, I'll stop.
"Yah! Jiyeon-ah!" Sunoo called out with a laugh and my head snapped over to him.
"What are you doing?" he laughed at me with a wide grin.
"Twice Sunbaenim," I pointed out to him as I just marked the steps to him.
"I know!" he exclaimed at me, "but when did you learn it?" he eagerly questioned in confusion.
"No idea," I shrugged making him laugh even more, and I just smiled slightly at how happy he seemed about me just dancing a Twice song. It actually wouldn't surprise me if he kew the dance to 'TT'... actually I would want to see that, he would be absolutely adorable dancing that.
We soon ended the dance jam live and our manager finally stepped up. He had been standing by the side, out of frame, for about six minutes whilst we had all just goofed around, doing whatever we felt like doing.
"I'm just here to hand something over to Jiyeon," he excused and I walked up and took the file he stood with in hand as he extended it to me.
"What's this?" I questioned with a frown as I opened it and immediately widened my eyes at the papers that was in the file.
"As a female idol, there are certain expectations from you. Behavior wise, appearance wise, performance wise. That the boys might not have to live up to. This is a list that you need to know before debuting," he reminded me and I sighed as I flipped through the many pages, "this does not mean that you can't let your own personality shine through. Female idols are just easier perceived as brats or something alike, if they slip up in something. As odd as it sounds, we also have to make sure you stay desirable, for you to not get shamed out too much."
"I see," I muttered before bowing to him, "Thank you, I will look through it."
He nodded before exiting the studio again and Heeseung and Jay were immediately beside me as I was looking over just the first page.
"Exhaustion must at all points be covered up... sounds a lot like ours, doesn't it?" Jay questioned and I showed him the following seven pages making him widen his eyes.
"Must say 'thank you' with the right tone," Heeseung read before letting out a small laugh, "there's a wrong way to say it?"
"Ah... it's whether or not I say, thank you," I explained showing it in my normal voice, " or, thank you~" I explained sounding more cheery this time making him nod in realization, "so I have to say it in the more high pitched voice to make it sound sincere."
"Wah... there is a lot," he cooed as he watched me look through the pages one by one.
"Looks like I have night time reading then," I sighed and packed up the file before shoving it in my bag and going out on the floor to the boys, "lets do this practice!" I cheered at them, making all of them let out small laughs at me.
"Letchugo," Jungwon grinned and I immediately pointed to him with a wide smile.
"Exactly," I grinned at him for him to grin back at me just as widely.
