It is with heavy hearts that we have to announce the retirement of Enhypen member Choi Jiyeon. This retirement have been working up for the past year as we've had several meetings with Jiyeon herself and her health coach. It has been advised that Jiyeon step down in order for her to live a proper and healthy life.
These news of retirement have affected both Jiyeon and the rest of Enhypen greatly. We ask for understanding in this decision to let Jiyeon step down from her career with Enhypen, and a great support towards both Jiyeon and the remaining Enhypen members. This decision is hard on all of them.
The official retirement of Enhypen member Choi Jiyeon will be fulfilled December 1st of 2025. Further information on the retirement will come from Jiyeon herself within the next five days before her retirement.
Once again we ask for understanding on this hard situation each group member stands in at the moment.
On behalf of the company and staff around the group Enhypen, we say a big thanks to all the support the group and Jiyeon have gotten through the years. We look forward to another great year with lots of support.
