Ruby's POV

"I'm back!" I called as I unlocked the front door of the apartment.

"You look happy," Luke smiled as he brought me into a warm hug. "Definitely coming then?"

"Yes!!" I grinned as he picked me up and span me around.

We went into the living room where James and Beau were, Daniel and Jai were upstairs packing their suitcases.

"Ready for tomorrow then?" I asked the boys.

"I can't wait! Just need to pack a few extra things then I'm done!" James beamed.

"How was Danni?" Beau asked swiftly, not answering my question.

"She's not too bad, seemed to be a bit down about not coming but I told her she should visit once she feels like it." I smiled, making him brighten up a little as he nodded.

NEXT DAY

"Wakey, wakey, sleepy head!" Luke chuckled as he called to wake me up, my feeling of tiredness soon rushing out of me once the adrenaline kicked in about going to LA today.

"I have most things packed so I'll just quickly get ready and then I should be ready to be on my way!" I grinned. He nodded with a smile before leaving the bedroom to go downstairs where some of the other boys were.

I jumped out of bed and threw on my remaining clothes in the wardrobe, everything else was packed in my suitcase. I quickly did my makeup and hair and packed those away, finally ready to leave England.

I went downstairs, trailing my heavy suitcase with me and a couple of bags on my shoulder, dumping them on the hallway floor before entering the kitchen where Luke, Beau and Daniel were.

"Hey Ruby!" Daniel smiled cheerfully, I could tell he was overjoyed about the thought of seeing Lucy again. "Are you ready to go yet?"

"Calm down Skip, the others aren't even ready yet." Beau laughed as he shook his head.

"But, I wanna go." He said, doing his fake sad face.

"It isn't going to make the plane leave anymore quickly," Luke laughed.

"Don't worry, we'll be there in no time." I smiled, giving the boy that bit of reassurance that the others obviously couldn't. "I'll go and check on Jai and James now if you want?" I offered.

"If you wouldn't mind," He smiled.

I nodded and headed upstairs, knocking on James' door first. "Come in." He said loudly.

"Daniel is just wondering- well he's desperate to know if you're nearly ready." I laughed, making him laugh at the thought.

"I'll be 5 minutes." He laughed. "I don't think he realises that we're all excited to go, not just him."

"So, have you got anyone waiting for you over in LA?" I smirked nosily.

"Maybe... Not that you'd know them." He smirked as he put a few things into his bag, his cheeks turning a red colour.

"James! You have to tell me!" I demanded, I couldn't resist not knowing since he had obviously kept this to himself.

"Well, it's not like we're together, we've just met a couple of times and I've been talking to her for a while. We're just friends at the minute though." He smiled.

"James, I need details, what's her name?" I questioned.

"Harriet. I'm sure you'll get along well," He smiled, acting almost shy. I had never seen him like this about anyone before.

"Well, she sounds lovely, I look forward to meeting her." I smirked. "See you downstairs anyway!"

I quickly went to Jai's room as well, alerting him about Daniel's passion to get to the airport as soon as possible which made him up his pace.

Now I was even more excited to go to LA at the sound of a potential new friend.
