Luke's POV
I knew I had to tell her, but I wanted to make it perfect. I just wanted her to be mine. We went in through the hotel doors, past reception and into the elevator.
The elevator reached our floor and we all poured out into the hall. I pulled back Ruby's hand, stopping her from walking down the hall with the others so I could talk to her. She turned her body to face me and grinned whilst looking into my eyes, making me feel butterflies in my stomach.
I took her by the hands and looked deep into her eyes, making confusion wipe over her face.
"Look Ruby, I know I should've told you earlier than this but I just didn't know how to tell you. We've only just met and I was overwhelmed and frankly scared as hell because, well, I really fell for you." I explained, not breaking for the intense eye contact that we shared.
Her face dropped into a more warming yet still confused face. I wasn't sure whether she was happy or unsure about what I said. "Oh -" She began, seemingly speechless.
"Sorry if I -" I started before being interrupted.
"No, don't apologise. Luke, I love you so much and I'm just as overwhelmed as you are. I mean, are you sure?" She said seriously making me chuckle.
"Yes, I'm sure." I smiled, placing my hand on her cheek. She almost sighed with relief as a grin masked her face.
We stood smiling like idiots at each other in the middle of the hall, not even bothering that any stranger could walk past at any moment. I bit my lip ring as I looked from her eyes down to her lips, leaning in until we both closed our eyes and our lips crashed together. Our lips moved in perfect synchronisation as our tongues gently battled.
After the kiss ended we pulled away and stood hand in hand again like before, smiling at each other. "I think we better get back to the room now." I smirked as I led her back into the room.
I opened the door with my room key and we stepped through, all eyes shooting in our direction. We walked in casually, making it painful for everyone that knew what just happened; which I'm sure was all of them.
We both sat together on my bed, quietly whispering together so no one could hear us. "I think they're getting pissed now." I whispered, making Ruby giggle as I scanned all of their faces that stared at us.
"Fuck it, are you two official now or what?" Beau said, finally breaking the awkwardness in the room.
"Officially what?" I said, pretending to be confused.
"You know Luke you dick, just tell us." He replied glaring at me, making me and Ruby giggle.
"Yes we are." Ruby said as she smirked at me, not moving her eyes over to Beau or the others. The others started cheering, making us laugh, like it was some big ass celebration.
"Oh my god we are all taken, we should have a pentagonal date!" Daniel shouted, I wasn't even certain if 'pentagonal' was even a word.
"Yeah, if everyone lived in the same country you dipshit." James said as he laughed.
"We can go on a holiday together then I don't know," Daniel sulked.
"They've been together for 5 minutes." Jai laughed along, making Daniel go in a strop, not talking to anyone for a good hour after that.
We carried on laughing and talking into the early hours of the morning, I was so happy to have all of my best friends and of course my first proper girlfriend around me.
