Chapter 11

Ruby's POV

Thinking that we only had 2 more days to spend with them made me feel sick, I loved them so much, more than ever. I felt like I could be myself around them, like they were our best friends.

And Luke, what if he found another girl? I knew that he wouldn't have any feelings for me, but the thought still killed me.

Danni came and sat beside me after being intertwined with Beau ever since their relationship was announced an hour ago.

"Congrats!" I said with a smile as I hugged her, making her giggle.

"Thanks! I actually can't believe it, like is this really happening?" Danni laughed in a whisper.

"Yes, of course it is!" I laughed. "So, I want all the details - well I think I do anyway. Don't leave in any cringey ones."

"Well, I wasn't really sure what to expect when he took me outside, until he put his hand on my cheek and looked deep into my eyes; making me melt on the inside. He was like 'I really like you Danni, and if you feel the same way maybe you would consider being my girlfriend?' Of course making me want to run around with excitement but I had to keep all of that in." Danni said without stopping, the fastest I had seen anyone speak before.

"Aww, that's so sweet." I said before she carried on again.

"So I said 'Of course I do Beau, you're all I think about.' And he brought me in for a kiss; only lasting a few seconds before being kindly interrupted by James." She laughed, glaring at James.

"What about when they go on tour, a whole 2 weeks without him?!" I asked dramatically.

"I don't know, I may cry for the whole 2 weeks." She said raising her eyebrows.

"Same, same." I replied.

"How about we go to the cinema? It's boring as fuck in here." Daniel announced.

"Yeah, sure. What's on?" Luke replied, shutting the screen of his laptop down.

"The Purge! Please, I need to see that!" Jai whined.

"Alright. The purge it is, you all up for that?" Beau said, aiming me and Danni.

"Yeah!" We said in sync as we got up and quickly got ready to go out with them.

We headed out of the hotel and walked into town, it wasn't too far and we had a guess at how to get there. Danni and Beau walked at the front, hand in hand, leaving me at the back with the rest of the boys.

"I think this calls for piggy back races!" Jai shouted, bending down in front of Daniel to allow him to get onto his back. Luke did the same for me and Beau the same for Danni.

The three Brooks brothers sprinted down the road with me, Danni and Daniel hysterically laughing on their backs and James trailing along behind us. The amount of weird looks we got on the way there was endless.

We finally arrived at the cinema and all jumped off the boys backs and walked in, pacing towards to queue. We bought our tickets and some popcorn then went to find our seats in the cinema.

Beau and Danni of course sat together, then James, Daniel, Jai, Luke and Me at the end. After about 10 minutes into the film Daniel had already screamed twice, making us get countless glares. After the third scream the guy behind us had had enough and went to get security.

"Sir, could I ask you to leave?" The security asked calmly. Daniel was guided out of the cinema leaving us all laughing at him as we waved him goodbye.

We watched the rest of the film in peace and at one point Luke grabbed hold of my arm, making me smile. We left the cinema and met Daniel outside who was sat on the floor, almost asleep.

We helped pull up Daniel and headed back to the hotel as we filled him in on the story of The Purge, and all of the moments Luke got scared at.

"I need to talk to you when we get back to the hotel." Luke whispered to me as we walked together at the back of the group, causing butterflies to fly around my stomach. I couldn't help but grin at him like an idiot as I nodded.
