CHAPTER SIXTY-SEVEN
'hunt for the siblings'

"No," you said flatly. You held up your hand up to his face and shook your head. "Stay away."

Katsuki was laughing. Genuinely laughing.
Like breathlessly laughing.

This was all because you didn't notice the post-it note on your head until Mineta pointed it out as you were eating breakfast.

"But— PHAHAHA!" He couldn't even speak. "Dammit! You're so clueless! I'm not sorry!"

"I see how it is." You glared at him and smirked widely, turning around and ran into the kitchen. "Midoriya-kun!"

He silenced. "Get back here."

You ignored him and walked to his 'rival', hooking one arm over his shoulder, winking to your boyfriend cheekily with a 'this is what you get' look.

"Are you patrolling today?" You asked.

Midoriya nodded excitedly. "Yes! Are you going to be joining us? I mean, you don't have to because you just arrived but—"

"Yeah! I'll get on a shift soon, I'm excited." Letting go of Midoriya, knowing he noticed Katsuki staring you waved and walked past Katsuki, swaying your hips as his eyes followed. "Kiss my ass, post-it boy."

"Get back here," he growled and repeated. "You're dead."

"Alive but I'm dead," you laughed, making a B-line to the freezer. You opened it, the cold air hitting your face and his in the hot weather. Both of you grabbed popsicles, quickly choosing one each and you waved yours at him like a child. You had no idea why you such in a light mood, katsuki didn't seem to mind, though. "Breakfast!"

"Apple and blackcurrant? That's weird."

"Orange? Are you okay?"

"Are you?"

"No. My legs hurt."

"I wonder why."

"Shaddup, I'm going outside," you grabbed onto his hand, dragging him with you. "You're coming with. Kay?"

He relaxed and nodded, holding the glass door open from above your head with his arm.

You looked above you and leant back, thanking him and sat on a deck chair. "Okay. A little more serious now. How was Katsuro when he left?"

Talk about a Debbie-downer. But he couldn't blame you for asking, you had to leave earlier than you expected. He opened his popsicle and shoved the plastic in the pockets of his black sweatpants. "On the night, we couldn't separate him and Eri-chan. We thought she was about to cry too. But we did karaoke and he screamed his heart out."

"Awh. That's cute. Place bets they're going to get together when we're older?" You suggested, shimmying your shoulders. "Hmm? A day of doing whatever the other wants. Deal?"

"Bet," he smirked. "I'm thinking that the future firecracker will ask her to a dance if we take him to one of those stupid hero galas."

"I think he will ask her out on his first day of high school." You shook hands, grinning competitively for a while before calming down. "Well, how were you? Don't think I didn't notice a few new scratches on your insanely attractive arms and broad shoulders."
