CHAPTER NINETY-THREE
'death to the traitors'

Shoto walked down the path towards the school with Sero on his left and Tokoyami on his right. They were on their phones, scrolling through the messages that they received from their respective agencies.

"I'm going on a trip for the work study."

Sero hummed, slipping his phone in his pocket too. "Same here."

"Hawks actually messaged me..." Tokoyami whispered, sitting down. "With his rare replies, you'd think he died and was never found."

"Maybe he's got a separate account for his socials."

Shoto sat in his seat and his lips form a thin, straight line when he saw your empty seat at the front again. He went to knock on your door this morning only for Ochaco to tell him that you were at the Bakugou's house for something that they all didn't know about. Katsuki was absent too. Kirishima said to everyone that he was with you. Something didn't feel right.

Even if you both were sad or angry, believe it or not, the two of you would turn up to class to make the best out of the situation.

His thoughts were cut off by the short Principal Nezu climbing up the table to whisper something to Aizawa and, in turn, speak to the class.

"We had requests for your class to watch the news from the police reports. We were told that some of you might have some sort of link to the case, just give it a try. I don't get a say in much things at this point," Nezu said and hopped off the desk and away to the next class.

Shoto looked at Midoriya and then to Kirishima with a strange look. "Do you know anything else?"

"No! He just left after we asked what he was doing. It might not be about him."

Mineta interrupted them. "Y'all might want to do a one-eighty on that. That's Sasaki-chan!"

Everyone's heads turned, they gasped and began to let out questions from their mouths. You were on screen, eyes heavy and dark, forming bruises on your arms and cuts from bullets you had just missed. There was also blood on your face and on your hands that were behind your back. Then, the footage shifted to the car the news reporters were following, an explosion blew the cars away and a recognisable figure pulled you out of the car to get away.

"From the attack on the hero public safety commission and the police, thirty-three people have been injured and are in hospital, including the President of the Commission. Here is the report from officer Tamakawa Sansa."

The officer with a cat's head appeared on the screen. "Thankfully there were no fatalities, but the people behind this unexpected attack was the A-rank villain Dabi, Time Hero: Epochary and the other we have identified as Bakugou Katsuki who had caused the car wrecks. As police concerning everyone's safety, we want the students to come to us by tonight for the arrests and/or if they cause further damage, we were told to look at Bakugou Katsuki and Sasaki [name] as B-Rank villains and treat them as such. They have betrayed the heroes by running away from justice."

Shoto stood up from his seat, "You what?! Damn puss!"

All Might was behind the boy and placed a hand on his shoulder. "I know. Calm down, Young Todoroki. We will figure this out, but you can't be shouting things like that..."

"All Might. She would never. Bakugou would never. How can they just assume that?"

"It's on screen, bro... they even got the footage of her attacking people..." Mineta pointed out.
