I lean my back against the door and close my eyes............deep breaths. I slip my dress over my head and quickly adjust it. I rest my hands on the sink while I stare at myself in the mirror. I hear him knocking on the door.

"I just........need a minute." I try to say in a strong voice.

"Did I do something? Tessa please."

I splash my face with some water before I dry my face with my towel. I take another deep breath before I slowly open the door. I see Hardin standing outside the door with a panicked face. I slowly walk back into the room.

"Tessa?"

"Yeah."

"Are you alright?" He says nervously.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"

"Tessa...........you're kidding right?"

"I'm fine."

"Tessa no you're not.........you just freaked out when I touched you. You looked so scared, what happened?"

"Hardin it was nothing."

I start picking up my books from the floor and start shoving them in my backpack. He grabs my bag and pulls it away.

"Tessa it wasn't nothing, you looked so scared. What happened?"

"Hardin it was nothing, JUST DROP IT!"

I didn't mean to scream at him.

"You're keeping something from he, I want to know what it is." He says rudely.

"It was nothing, I'm fine."

"You're keeping secrets Tessa."

"Are you the only one who can have secrets? I brought up your mom and you literally almost died so leave me alone. I don't wanna talk about it."

"That's not fair Tessa."

"Actually I think it is, unless you wanna tell me why you never talk about your family? And about your back?"

He shoots daggers at me with his eyes, I can literally see him building a wall. I didn't mean to do this but he left me no choice.

"You're a bitch Tessa." He says with hatred.

"I know."

"Fuck this, and fuck you!" He yells.

He grabs his keys and his phone before he storms out of the room.

"FUCK!" She shouts.

This is just amazing, I can't believe I managed to ruin this. He was just looking out for me and I pushed him away, he never gonna tell me anything now.
