Emma: *playing video games*
Ken: Emma, I got a call from one of your teachers, today. You refused to do your classwork.
Emma: Well, she took away my phone.
Ken: She had every right. You were on her time.
Emma: I can't wait for school to end.
Ken: School will end on it's own time. You need to do what you're told, or you may be in danger of going to summer school.
Emma: Not happening. School is almost out for the summer, and when I go back in September, I'll be a Senior.
Ken: Since you acted out at school, you're gonna help me wash the dishes after dinner.
Emma: Doesn't Steven usually do that?
Ken: I'm giving him a break. This is your punishment, Emma.
Emma: That's not fair!
SkittishReflections: Sorry, but Ken knows exactly what he is doing. With the path you're currently on, you may not even graduate, next year. You may have to wait till 2023 to graduate.
Emma: You don't know my future, so don't speak for me!
SkittishReflections: Just telling it like it is, kid!
