You were sleeping next to your boyfriend Parker.
You two had been going through a bit of a rough patch lately.
His fans hated you.
He just ignored it, leaving you to handle it on your own.
You were starting to break under the pressure.
You thought that Parker was going to leave you.
But then you saw that since he started dating you, his number of subscribers had dropped significantly.
You noticed how hard that had hit him.
You were considering leaving him, so he could gain back his views.
You had been discussing the thought with your best friend, trying to figure out a solution.
She had left you to sleep it over.
You woke up for the hundredth time that night.
This hard decision was causing you to lose sleep.
But something was different this time.
You heard sniffling beside you.
You froze.
They became hardcore sobs and you turned to Parker.
He was sobbing in his sleep.
You gently began to shake him, so he could wake up.
He sat up immediately, tear streaks covering his face.
He looked at you.
“Parker, what’s wrong?” you questioned.
“Please don’t leave me,” he whispered.
You felt a pang of guilt.
“I’m not leaving you,” you told him.
“I saw your texts. How could you ever think I could live without you?” he asked.
“I just hated seeing you hurt,” you confessed.
He took your hand.
“Nothing will hurt me more than losing you,” he said.
You kissed his forehead.
“I’m not going anywhere,” you promised.
“We’ll get through this together,” he promised.
You felt him rest his head in the crook of your neck and you settled yours on the pillow.
You both slept peacefully the rest of the night.
