Deku ran at Katsuki, sending his foot down towards his face. The blonde missed by an inch, but it was all a little too close for comfort.

All I wanted to do was jump down and tell them to grow the fuck up and stop acting like children. But at the same time, I knew that they... needed this, somehow. That Katsuki wasn't the type to solve things with just words. That this was going to bring them closer together, even by just a little. They were shouting their true feelings, their grudges, everything. This was good for them, kinda.

I concluded that these two weren't going to kill each other. And it certainly wasn't my business to get in between them, and have some weird 'main character' moment. So, I decided to haul ass and get the fuck out of there, before a teacher came and I got caught up in it all. Instead, I'd go back to the dorms, and sleep soundly knowing they had reconciled.

If they got in trouble, it wasn't my fault. Nope.

Sadly, out of the corner of my eye, I spotted some kind of drone in the distance. Probably a security drone. How on earth did I avoid those earlier?

'Nope. Nope. Don't do it Y/N, if they want to get into stupid fights like this then it's their own faults. Absolutely not.'

And before I knew it, I was free falling off the building. I hooked onto a structure a little bit above them, and swung down safely. Before they had even realised what had happened, I deftly threw the strings around them and tugged, capturing the two in one fell swoop, right as Katsuki pinned down Deku.

"WHAT THE HELL?!" Katsuki screamed, trying to wriggle free.

"BOTH OF YOU! Calm the fuck down. I don't care about you fighting, it's none of my business. But there're security drones flying around, and they'll see you two fucking imbeciles and alert a teacher. So, STOP. Or you're gonna get suspended or some shit. Do you want that?!" I scolded the boys. Katsuki grumbled, defeated. Midoriya shook his head vigorously to say 'no.'

"Okay. Good. Now, let's hightail it out of here. Fast." I let the two go, and started swinging towards the exit, keeping an eye on them all the while.

Silently, we stood in the lift, waiting for it to get to Midoriya's floor. The doors opened with a metallic woosh, and the green-haired boy stepped out.

"Thanks... L/N." He said. I nodded in response, watching the doors close. I turned to Katsuki and sighed, not even knowing what to say.

"I... I hope things are a little better between you two now." I said quietly, him avoiding my gaze.

"...I think they are. We finally got some shit out in the open." He kept the details to himself.

"That's good. And you don't have to go into detail, if you still don't want to."

"You don't want to know. Everything's connected. Be glad you have the bliss of fucking ignorance." He looked down at his feet. Clearly, this went a lot deeper than I thought.

"...Okay. But, whatever this fight is, what it really is, you can always let me know when you need an extra person on your side." I smiled, nudging him gently with my elbow.

"...Thanks." He walked out of the elevator without another word.

As soon as the doors closed, my head dropped back in exhaustion.

"Those damn kids..." I sighed, scanning my pass to let me up to our floor.

My feet had a dull ache as I trudged through the hallway. I tried to tread lightly, as to avoid waking up my neighbours. However, maybe that wasn't something to worry about.
