"Can you make it fast? I am getting late," I said, rushing Brent. My boy friend."Why didn't you bring your car anyway?"
"It's under maintenance."
"You just made me your driver honey," he playfully snapped my shoulder.
"Sorry, I'll get even with you next time."
But unfortunately, we will gonna have our individual training to a different organization.
"Good morning," I said while showing the guard my uniform's name tag.
He greeted back in his language, then welcomed me inside.
But I woke up late, and still sober from the party last night.
"Excuse me," I almost bump into someone. Good thing, I keep out of the way on time.
It had my important documents. If I happened to drop this one, then it will surely be the end of my dream.
I am only being hyperbolic here. I am bearing my school's reputation here. I came from a prestigious international business school and I can't let the university down just by a simple mistake.
It is all my fault!
Pagkuwa'y umiling-iling.
Bakit, masyado bang maiksi ang skirt? It was our school's standard uniform for interns.
"Selamat pagi," I greeted. It basically translates to the word 'Good morning'.
She greeted back in a very formal tone.
I don't push myself hard enough to learn their language because in my school, most of the students talk english. And my friends, if not Filipino, they are all english speakers.
I might end up flying to US or going back to Philippines.
I thought I'll be staying to Donia Alicia until graduation.
One time, while scrolling through my social media account, I happened to see an information about this international school in Malaysia. They were open for entrance exam. Out of boredom, I tried my shot. It was once in a lifetime opportunity, so I grabbed it.
