Christine's
"Ingat kayo." It's the last day of Foundation Week sa St. Peter College. Sanaol, week yung foundation, sa amin day lang.
"Yes, po Tita Camille. I'll drive safely." Mama smiled at Sunghoon.
"You look pretty. Kuya can't look at other girls."
"Bakit dalawa yung ticket mo?"
"Oh. I forgot to tell you. Jake gave me one yesterday. Saw him at the mall nung dumaan ako saglit bago umuwi." Casual niyang sagot.
"I smell something." The way Jongseong's friend looks at her, I can say that he's into her.
"You know how he is so close to me and my fam naman diba. We are friends." Sagot niya. I really can't imagine dati na the same Jake na malokong friend ni Jay ay magiging sobrabg lapit kay Ate Bea at sa family niya. Maybe he's really a good guy, after all.
It's been a while nang huli naming mapanood si Kuya Heeseung na tumugtog. He was part of the school band dati dito sa SPC. They are pretty popular, lalo na sa mga babae.
I am very happy that he's still pursuing what he wants until now. When we learned that he got a great opportunity to pursue it internationally, on Paris, we are so happy for him. Pero siyempre, alam namin na malalayo siya amin nang matagal so it's kinda sad at the same time.
"I heard Heeseung is really great."
"Yes. Super. He's a music prodigy." Bulalas ko.
"So, he went to Paris for music? That's awesome." Sunghoon said with full of fascination.
"He did. Jay's family friend offered him a great opportunity. He settled there for three years after graduation." sagot ko.
"Is it okay to park here?
She's been silent since we talked about Paris earlier.
"It's good to be back." Bulong ko. Nakakamiss rin naman. This place reminds me a lot of my elementary and high school days. Parang kailan lang.
Nakapasok na kami. I can't help but to gasp, looking at the lights. They are everywhere.
"This school is huge." Komento ni Sunghoon. I just smiled in response.
"Hey, you're here." I heard a familiar voice. It's Jake.
"Yes? Obviously?" Sagot ng katabi ko. Jake just laughed, shaking his head.
I asked him.
