Jay's

"Jj, why are you so nervous? This isn't a wedding bro."

"Jj, you're eighteen na. Sanaol."

"I'm a good boy kaya."

"Don't worry, Jay. She's in the guest room sa third floor according to Janine." Sagot niya. I smiled and nod. Jaeyun also excused himself and exited my room.

"E-engineer-" Pagbati ko. "It's good to see you, again." Dagdag ko. He smiled and slightly tapped my shoulder.

"Likewise, Jay." Sagot niya.

"You guys are turning twenty now. Parang kailan lang nasa playground lang kayo." He was staring at the window as if reminiscing some memories. I smiled before speaking.

"Christine will be really happy that you're here." I said.

"I want to surprise her. Kailangan ko bumawi. I've been absent on the days that I should be here. A little effort wouldn't hurt that much." He answered.

His face kinda lightened.

Tito Nic arrived here in PH yesterday noon at dito siya sa bahay dumiretso since he insisted na hindi muna magpakita kay Christine until the last dance. Tita Camille and Mom liked the idea too. I was so busy yesterday kaya ngayong araw ko lang rin nakita si Tito. Ni-ki too, since he was at their house at ngayon lang rin pumunta dito.

Tito Nic welcomed Ni-ki with a tight hug. "My youngest. You've grown so much." Saad nito. Ni-ki just respond with a genuine smile.

"I'm sorry, Papa didn't made it to your birthday." Ni-ki shook his head.

"It's okay, Papa. You're already here." Sagot ni Ni-ki.

"Where's Heeseung? I want my favorite boys to be complete." Tito Nic asked. Kasabay nito ang pagbukad ng pinto.

"I'm here!" Kuya Heeseung, already in his tux too, entered the room.

I suddenly remember the good memories of the old days. Kuya Hee, Ni-ki and I would always go to the clubhouse of their subdivision with Tito and Dad and we will team up against the other boys in their neighborhood for a basketball match. Dad and Tito became so close to each other nung lumipat kami dito. Probably because they've shared the same vibes? Cool fathers. Dad and Tito taught Kuya Hee to drive too back then.

"Bball, Engineer?" Tanong ni Kuya Heeseung.

"In our tux, Hee?"

"And Christine shouldn't see you too pala beforehand, I forgot." Sambit ni Kuya Heeseung.

We stayed on my room for more minutes until Mom called us to be ready since it's almost six and the venue was already prepared. Our garden is pretty huge kaya they've decided na dito na lang gawin yung party, just like the old days.
