Chapter 157: Mass Construction

"... So, we'll start on the 1st floor, huh?"

Pandemonica and Baphomet said as they stood in front of a vast grass plain. Making both of them take out the [Territorial Management] window, causing a large translucent screen to appear in front of them. Showing the map of the entirety of the first floor which was now completely cleared from all infrastructures, and forests, causing them to see a restricted area in the middle of the floor where the boss room was located originally. This place would be used by Hiroto to build the [Teleportation Platforms] for the 1st floor, which they can already see judging from the neat rows of marks beings placed inside of it.

"Baphy, are there any cooks or chefs that can be summoned in your system? As well as a receptionist for each hotel that I plan to place"

She said before she started estimating the number of [Luxury Hotels] that she needs to buy from the system shop. Making her measure the size of space that this building would occupy compared to the size of the entire floor. She also needs to consider a proper road system that would be connected to the center of the floor where the [Teleportation Platforms] are located. Since, she is already a tier III, all summons associated with tiers I, II, and III are all unlocked for her. 

As well as a special skill called [Return Ratio] where the skill would count the amount of money she is planning to invest and multiply that amount by 2 if the system judges that her business was successful. If not, the system would return 1/2 of the original amount of money she has invested disregarding how much she actually lost in the business. All money that will be provided by the system would come from the organization just like Hiroto's monthly exclusive membership allowance, so the money didn't just pop out of thin air and prevent crashing a country's economy or causing inflations. Especially since the organization has absolute control over reality so these tasks would be much easier for them to accomplish. This is all done to support the system holders and prevent them from going astray.

"There are... the highest chefs I can summon now is a [Master Chef] and [Spirit Chefs]. The former cost 10 thousand yen while the latter cost 100 thousand yen each. Even though [Master Chefs] have more knowledgeable and skillful in cooking. The [Spirit Chefs] are capable of cooking meat from magic beasts and monsters. The food they prepare also has a few properties like permanently increasing the mana capacity or improving the physique of its consumers... even though it is just a tiny fraction"

"How about receptionists?"

"They only cost 1 thousand yen each. It is only a tier I summon after all, and I don't think there are any other [receptionists] of higher tiers"

"That's already enough. We just need someone with experience to manage and serve the residents of each hotel that I plan to build. For the chefs... just summon 20 [Master Chefs] for each of the hotels. There is a special refrigerator in the [Territorial Management] shop that restocks the ingredients stored inside of them once they run out. I'll just buy about 10 for each hotel just to be sure... They only cost 10 system points each anyway"

She said before she started to place one of the hotels close to the middle and measure enough space around it so that it wouldn't be crowded before building another hotel next to it. Making her repeat this processes several times while building a simple yet sturdy road between clusters of hotels. Making Baphomet immediately get to work by summoning the specified number of employees that she told him. Ordering each of them to enter the hotel before moving to the next one. Slowly filling up the entire floor. Unlike before, they didn't need to mind aesthetics too much since this place would just serve as the living quarters of the guild members. They won't usually be on this floor since they would execute various tasks and missions for the guild every day. They only need to provide all the necessary facilities that they need to enjoy their stay here and feel comfortable.
