"Connection, Influence, and Members... even though system points are an important tool for all system holders. This isn't the case for guilds in the top 50s. They have a lot of system points themselves, but the materials that they require to enhance their equipment and guild are very rare. So, the amount of system points that they have become negligible... and this, in turn, makes them pay their members more to get rid of the large number of system points that they kept. Attracting more system holders around the globe to join them because of the high pay, great facilities, and environment... but system points alone aren't enough as money can't always buy talented people. Especially if you have an awful reputation in the world of systems"
