Chapter 187: Omniverse

The system said as they saw the grimoire on the ground. Making Hiroto look up at the system in response while holding the book in one hand.

"Nostalgic?"

Hiroto asked before the system appeared in front of his eyes just behind the book he was holding. Observing the grimoire intently silently, causing Hiroto to look at them in confusion.

"System... you said to me that I have little authority to get answers from you... when I asked questions about you during our first meeting"

He said before Hiroto stare at the system with a serious expression on his face. Making the system remain silent before Hiroto continued his words.

"How about now? Don't tell me I still don't have authority to know about your origins... and purpose"

He said as he leaned forward while looking at the system with his golden pupils. Making the system window distort before a new serious of words appeared inside of it.

[You do have the authority to know about our origins now, Host... but we can only reveal a few information about the creator of system and our purpose]

"The creator of systems?"

Hiroto asked in surprise. Even though he already suspected it, he always felt like it was close to impossible since as he saw from his many encounters with system holders and other systems. They are all extremely powerful in their own rights. They are entities that can bend the law of rhe universe as they wish.

"Is it the ones ordering me around to change the plots of each anime and manga that exists?"

[No, those are different entities. Entities that are far stronger than those of the creator of systems. Think of us as a messenger, but the ones in true power are those operating the main functions of the system from the back. As for their race and existence... it is a complicated concept to explain]

The system said before another translucent screen started to appear in front of him. Showing him an infinite void that was shrouded in pure darkness, except for the 10 spherical balls whose inside contained countless universes inside. Containing it inside without allowing anything from leaking out.

Those spherical balls floating in the void are what we call [Omniverse]. They contained all multiverses that they have created to cure their boredom and curiosity. The beings who orders us are them, the beings who seek pure entertainment in everything that they have created]

[It is a plane where countless dimensions coexist and is separated by a thin sheet of unknown energy. Only those like us can cross this series of dimensions without any problem... in this omniverse at least]

The system said, causing Hiroto to widen his eyes from both shock and confusion. Trying to comprehend the sudden information that the system was giving him with a serious look on his face.
