Chapter 108: Management

"It looks Beel isn't done training them..."

Hiroto muttered while looking around the living room where 9 individuals were found. Sitting on the sofa with varying expressions on their faces.

"Koyanskaya, have you gotten used to this place yet?"

Hiroto asked the woman sitting beside Pandemonica. She wore a sharp white business suit and skirt that stuck close to her body. Her long pink curly hair tied in a ponytail while a white hat with a small heart sat on top of her head. Making her look like a capable and talented secretary.

"Hmm ♪ I have, and I have to say, what an interesting place you have, Master. It has a lot of business potential. I have a lot of proposal in mind, so are you interested in hearing them, Master?"

"... Let's talk about that later"

Hiroto said as he sat down on one of the sofas on the living room. He then took a glance at Baphomet, Hassan, Jinwoo, Azazel, Judgement, Justice, and Lucifer who were all sitting around a small glass table.

"Why did you gather us here, Hiroto? I thought you were busy constructing the facilities of the guild?"

Lucifer asked, causing Hiroto's expression to turn serious before he stated the agenda for their meeting.

"The guild right now is a bit of a mess, and I'm having a hard time coordinating work in this place. That's why in this meeting,  I'll divide the current human resources that we have and place one of you as a head to run each corresponding sectors. If I ever need something from your sections, then at least I have someone I can talk to and consult to get it done"

"So, in other words, you're planning on creating different management departments?"

"You could say that... It's getting a bit difficult if I manage everything at the same time. So, I need a few people to give me reports on each activities of the guild. Each of you will have two main jobs, coordinating your departments and regularly giving me reports on what is happening. If I'm unavailable, then I'm counting on you to make the decisions yourselves regarding the activities that each of you will hold"

He said before a translucent screen appeared in the middle of the table, showing the 6 main sectors that Hiroto is planning to create.

"As of now, we don't have anyone suitable to work under the heads of resource management section, and the business sectors. Most of the people working under us are currently specialized in combat, resource gathering, or research. So, I'll have to apologize in advance for the people that is to be assigned as the head of those sectors. I'll try my best to find someone with a suitable set of skills to work under you in the future"

He said before small images of the human resources of the guild.

"... You guys have been far too quite... don't you have any opinions on this?"

"... Not really, since this is a problem that both me and Baphy have observed when you started constructing the guild. We just couldn't bring it up since were busy in our own work"

Lucifer added, causing the other demons to nod their heads in response. Only Jinwoo, Hassan, and Koyanskaya looking uninterested on what is happening.

"... how about the others?"

He asked as he glanced at his three new subordinates quietly watching by the side.

"No opinion"

"I'll follow your arrangements, master. You are my client after all"

"I was summoned to follow your commands, nothing more"

Jinwoo, Koyanskaya, and Hassan said respectively. Making Hiroto let out a sigh in response, but continued on with the meeting.
