Chapter 130: Compensated Dating

"Hiroto-san!"

Yoshida greeted as she exited her house with a bright smile on her face. Looked at the black sedan car parked in front of their house while a middle-aged man stood beside the car's backdoor. Greeting her with a respectful smile on his face as he opened the car door. Revealing Hiroto who was reading the local newspaper with a serious expression on his face while a cup of hot coffee was placed on the car's cup holder.

"Good morning, come inside the car or else we're going to be late"

He said, causing Yoshida to nod her head before joining him inside the car without hesitation. Making the driver close the door before getting in the front seat to start and drive the car to school. 

"I bought you some cream puffs on the way"

Hiroto said as he passed a box of cream puffs to Yoshida, who gratefully took it without hesitation as she was already used to Hiroto always giving her snacks and her favorite foods every time they see each other. Every though she said to him multiple times that she wanted to pay him for it. Hiroto always managed to convince her that it was alright and she should just take whatever he gives her.

It's been an entire week since Hiroto entered this dimension, and most of the time, he spends it either talking to Yoshida at the phone, or hanging out with her at school. Making them grow a lot closer than before, especially for Yoshida who started treating her as her best friend, and would always prioritize her time with him first before any of her friends since he already completely earned her trust and reliance. 

"I'm gaining a lot of weight lately because your always giving me snacks..."

She said while biting on a cream puff with a sad expression on her face. Remembering the small change in her weight after measuring yesterday night. Making Hiroto sigh before giving her a pat on the head.

"Do you hate gaining weight?"

"No... but, my friend told me you'll stay away from me if I get fat..."

"Don't listen to them, even if you become overweight, I won't leave you"

"You make it sound like you're my boyfriend"

"Why? Do you want me to become your boyfriend? Not that I mind since I'll have a cute and beautiful girlfriend like you"

Hiroto said with a teasing smile on his face while pinching her cheeks, causing Yoshida's face to suddenly flush red before turning her head away from him. Hiding her blushing face while munching on the cream puffs that Hiroto bought for her. Making him let out a short chuckle as he noticed her brightly red ears when she turned her face towards the window to avoid making eye contact with him.

"If you're worried about getting weight or your health then... I'll hire a personal fitness consultant for you after school. Just have fun and enjoy the things I'm giving you. If you don't want it, just throw it away or give it to someone else, it's yours anyway"

"You're squandering money again"

"It's not squandering money if its for you"

Hiroto said with a smile on her face, causing Yoshida's face to blush into a deeper hue of red due to shyness and embarrassment. Wondering how he can say such lines with a straight face and without a trace of embarrassment in his expression.

"... stop teasing me..."

She said in a barely audible tone, causing Hiroto to unconsciously form a small grin on his face. Finding it extremely enjoyable to tease the young girl beside him, but decided to stop teasing her or else she might not talk to him at school today.
