hi! I'm sorry but this is not an update....

I just want to share this because its necessary. EVERYONE PLS READ THIS.

Having some mental breakdowns, anxieties, depressions and even phobias are not being 'maarte, pabebe, oa or iyakin' every each of us are having a different level of sensitivity.

Everyone should be aware about MENTAL ISSUES because this is the way that we understand about sa nararamdaman ng mga tao sa paligid natin. Ang mga ganitong bagay is hindi natin dapat isinasawalang bahala lang like for example you saw someone crying over little things don't laugh at them or don't tell them na 'ayan lang maliit na bagay iniiyakan mo' or 'ang arte naman'.

We never know how they value that small things na sinasabi niyo, we never know what does that person think or feel so stop saying na pag-iinarte yon.

We know a person na masayahin or parang walang pake sa paligid niya or someone we know that is brave for not crying. IT IS NOT ABOUT BEING BRAVE OR STRONG.

Yes she/he is strong enough to handle her/his problems alone but they also needs a comfort, they also need to cry, they also need someone who will listen at their rants without being judge.

What I'm saying is please be aware about everyone's mental health, hindi lang para sa sarili mo. If we saw them vulnerable let's just understand them and try to console them instead of judging them.

It's not easy to keep all your problems to your self and it is also not easy to console yourself, some people just hide what they feel because they're scared that everyone might misunderstand them.

Asking someone about how is she/he like kamustahin mo yung isang tao is really a big thing. Telling them 'kumusta ka?' means so much, they might end up telling you how they feel. Just randomly ask them how is their life going, randomly talk to them about how's life being hard.

Because this days a simple 'kumusta ka?' means so much, it touches our hearts you'll feel like there is someone who's willing to talk to you about some matters or a someone who's concern about you.

Don't be too high of yourself to think that if that person is laging puro kalokohan that doesn't me they don't have some problems.

Honestly I envy those brave peoples who voice out about what they feel despite of being judge by others.

What I'm saying is speak for yourself and for everyone, mental health do matter so let's be aware. Let's be kind and understanding all of the time because we don't know who's having a bad day.
