Rai's POV
"On behalf of Huang International Airlines and the entire crew, I'd like to thank you for joining us on this trip and we are looking forward to seeing you on board again in the near future. This is captain Hinata speaking, Have a nice day!"
"Rai!"
"Oh! Hey!" She runs to me. "Wow! For the first time! I rarely see you in land" She joked.
"My job is in the air" Banat ko. "Kumusta pala?" She asked.
We were walking while pulling our suitcase. It happened that our flight landed at the same time. It's nice meeting your old friend here in HIA.
"Doing good, how about you?" She touches her belly and smiled at me. "6 week preggy!"
She looks happy now. "Congrats!"
Ang tagal na rin nung huli kaming nagkita it's been a year siguro? Nabusy na rin kasi ako sa packed schedule ng flights ko at hindi natutugma dahil sa kabilang flight siya palagi nagseserve.
"Hindi ka pa mag-mamaternity leave?" Umiling siya. "Nagpaalam ako sa jowa ko na kapag 10 weeks na tsaka ako magtetake ng leave"
I nodded and glance on my wrist watch. "Ayan na pala sundo ko! Punta ka sa wedding namin ha! I'll send you the invites! Nice to see you on land again, Captain Hinata!"
"Nice to see you too, Amber!" She waved at me so I waved back before she enters the car.
Ibang iba siya sa Amber before, she's glowing and mas naging jolly siya ngayon. We're working in the same airlines pero we rarely see each other talaga.
I sighed as I reached the parking. I put my baggage at theback bago ako sumakay. I loosen up my tight uniform before I start the engine. Iba talaga init sa Pinas.
Everything has changed except sa weather at traffic sa Pilipinas tho mas mainit ngayon kaysa before or hindi na ako sanay sa init dito dahil palagi akong nasa ibang bansa?
I'm stucked in traffic as I glance on my watch again, I hope I'm not late. I wait for the red light to turn green before I step on the gas pedal again.
Today is Reiza's graduation ceremony, nandoon sila Mommy at Dad and she requested me to come. Ang bilis ng panahon at magka-collage na siya ngayon, she's growing up so fast same with Raiko na highschool na ngayon.
"Kuya! Akala ko hindi ka dadating," Reiza hugged me.
Ibinigay ko sakanya ang regalo na binili ko sa Europe. "WOW! DID YOU JUST??? DID YOU JUST BOUGHT ME THIS BAG?!"
Tumango ako, she jumps in happiness and hugged me again. "Thank you, Kuya! You're the best talaga!"
She deserves it naman. Ilang buwan ko rin pinag-ipunan 'yang bag na 'yan. Last stock na nga ngayon eh, nakita ko kasi shared post ni Reiza last year nung bagong release yung bag. Nagse-save rin talaga siya ng pera para diyan kaya binili ko na para sakanya.
