"You've got to be kidding me!" Elimiphlaren shouted from his Shutenghen as he watched his forces getting slaughtered. Elimiphlaren activated his Angelic Cannon and blew a hole in the side of the bridge.

"Veilure, Grouslash: deploy immediately and protect our naval fleet!" Elimiphlaren jumped through the hole and expanded his red wings.

Flaymaclaze had been reduced to Human form; he had dirty, messy hair, an equally-unclean beard, and a small moustache to fully complete the look of a Wyperian that didn't bother maintaining his Human form. Others were far less intimidated by his Human side and Flaymaclaze hated that. He reached out his wrinkled palm to Elimiphlaren, "Wait we need-"

"Shut up, old-man!" Elimiphlaren snapped. "Order to all air forces: evacuate and then ram the Shutenghens into the enemy ships. Prioritise defence! Skyswipe and Starnava: stop pissing around and meet us at the fleet!" After a plethora of 'yessir's, Elimiphlaren leaped from the ship and dived down to the fleet below. Veilure and Grouslash followed suit.

The seas were rough. It was a beautiful day, but the skies and ocean were being bombarded with kinetic and energy-based artillery. The most detrimental aspect of this situation to the A.E.R. is even if the Alliance missed, the impact on the water would create waves that could easily disrupt the targeting of the navy's weaponry, especially that of the smaller seacraft. Whilst the Carazstars remained up-high in the crystal-blue heavens, the Fatal Holiday was in a polluted, oceanic hell.

"Try and destroy the Carazstar's artillery batteries; those high-energy cannons are tearing us apart", Whirlizak communicated through his robotic, emotionless voice. The eight lower-side cannons of the Carazstars were raining fire on the A.E.R. fleet below; although they are slow-firing, the twin-barrelled cannons dealt devastating blows to anything foolish enough to challenge them. The bow-mounted, kinetic, artillery guns on the Fatal Holiday began to rotate and retaliate at the energy cannons designated by the A.I. They managed to destroy one of the U.A.'s batteries but any following projectiles were shot down by Relical, who had descended from the top of the Carazstar and began defending the ship whilst attacking the A.E.R. with his pillar units. The P.C.U.s were firing light-purple beams at Fatal Holiday; each strike would create burning holes in the top deck of the cruise ship.

"Skyswipe: attack Relical; his pillars are not impervious to melee weapons. Your speed and precision should be enough to at least divert his attention. Your Shadow Ability will be enough to destroy at least three pillars at once", it was in Whirlizak's nature to calculate the most efficient way to win. Skyswipe's lack of response bothered the A.I. "Please respond, Major Skyswipe".

Skyswipe looked at a timer on his visor; one that was located on the top-left of the standard combat visor. 'SHADOW ABILITY: 18:52 UNTIL RECHARGE', it read. 'That's going to be a problem', he thought as Whirlizak's request came through. 'Not that it would be easy to do anyway'. Fated was hovering in front of him, Hyloe in one hand and his katana, still connected to its holo counterpart, in the other. He didn't move unless Skyswipe did; he was playing this extremely passively.

"Don't you have anything better to do?!" Skyswipe asked angrily.

"I do not", Fated replied. "As long as I keep you occupied, Elite Guardian Anmarina and Alpha can escape, whilst the rest of the U.A.'s Elites destroy your ships".
