12/12/4013 AD – 20:49 – Warturf – Skies over the Continental Lands – Tri-Carazstar

"It's dark out..." Anmarina said to herself as she looked out of the hanger; the white energy barrier stopping her from being hit from the battle on other side. The dimly lit hanger of the top-side Carazstar in the tri formation was filled with soldiers jumping into their fighters and bombers.

"Not something to say in the face of danger, boss", Olicleaver joked nervously as he prepared his custom Mylialta.

"Huh? 'Boss'?" Anmarina turned to face her friend.

"Yes, you ARE the highest-ranked member of Team A", Olicleaver pointed out.

Those words shook Anmarina as she switched to Wyperian form to hide her fear. The Angel of Water's loadout was different now; changes made to adapt to her new powers. Her backpack had been changed in two major ways. First, the base of it was now attached to her lower back; her equipment no longer covered the patches on her back and therefore wouldn't be destroyed upon activation of her wings. Secondly, her water cannons had been completely removed; a lighter frame by getting rid of something that was effectively pointless now.

"So, what's the plan, Elite Commander Anmarina?" Olicleaver said somewhat mockingly.

"Ugh don't call me that", Anmarina sighed as she stared back out the shielded hanger. Two Mylialta deployed and flew overhead, through the harmless energy wall.

"Why? Refuse to take control?" Olicleaver asked.

"No; I just hate those A.I. terms", Anmarina explained.

"Why?" Olicleaver jumped into the pilot seat of his craft. "Wyperians hate ranks, so having the incredibly simplistic 'Elite' system is ideal. Pretty much everyone agreed to it in that one meeting".

"Meh", Anmarina dismissed his point.

"Either way, what's the plan?" Olicleaver asked. There was a prolonged period of silence. "Anna?"

"... It's dark out", Anmarina sulked.

"Anna! Come up with a plan or dedicate someone to do it for you!"

"I'm trying to think of some-" Anmarina paused as she stared at the Grav Bombers behind Olicleaver. Her visor darted back and forth between them and the outside world. "It's dark out!"

"Yeah, you said that... three times", Olicleaver sighed.

"No, no!" Anmarina cheered joyously as she jumped on a local communications line. "All Grav Bombers: head to Skirtos and bomb the town! Only strike military targets; minimal damage to civilian areas!"

Olicleaver looked back at the bombers, "You know, just because they are painted black, doesn't mean they are invisible. By that logic, the Black Huntresses should be impossible to see".

"That's why you and I are going to fly there, to keep the enemy distracted, and take down their ships", Anmarina announced as she approached the shield to the hanger.

"You're getting in a Mylialta as well?" Olicleaver asked as the glass cockpit lowered and was covered in metal sheets. The digital screen activated just in time to see Anmarina's blue wings expand; she had a smirk on her face as she jumped out of the Tri-Carazstar.

Atop the U.A.'s base ship, Dracolast, Alexis and Millenicel were standing back-to-back, firing at anything that came within their sights.

Olicleaver's voice came over a team-based communications line, "Mylialta and Grav bombers are now being deployed, so kindly watch where you are shooting, thank you".
