"Laci I just left Kurt and Nirvana,and now you want me to join another band?no,out of the question."my friend Jason said.I was trying to convince him to join Soundgarden as their bassist,because the guys desperately needed one."Jason please,I don't normally ask you for much but this time I'm literally begging."i said,he didn't say anything.I sighed,"fine,I don't need you anyway.I'll just learn the bass and become their bassist."i said.I got up,"wait."he said as I was about to leave.I turned around and looked at him,"I'll do it,but it'll cost you."he said.I sat back down,"how much?"I asked.
"$60."
"No way,that could be my rent money.I'm already working 2 jobs just to support me,Stevie,and Brianna.how about $30?"
"$30?!hell no,that wouldn't be enough for my rent or groceries."
"Ok fine,$50:take it or leave it."

"Deal."he said.I sighed with relief and smiled,"it's a deal."i said.we shook hands,"and by the way,I'm only doing this for you."he said."why?cause you don't want me to learn bass?"I asked,smirking.he smiled,"yeah,you wouldn't sound good anyway."he replied.I jokingly gasped,"how dare you?"I said dramatically.he laughed,I began to laugh as well.with Hiro being gone for College and Jason replacing him,December rolled in.Chris was planning a tour,this was going to be the band's first ever tour:and they wanted me to be a manager/tour manager.
"WHAT?!"I exclaimed when Chris told me that,"oh come on Laci it'll be fun!"Chris said."Chris,no offense,but Laci has no experience what so ever."Brianna said,I nodded in agreement."might as well hire a monkey to manage your tour."Stevie said sarcastically,I glared at him."just trying to help."he said,holding his hands up defensively.I sighed and sat down,Chris got up from where he was sitting and sat down next to me.
