Laci gently grabbed Chris' wrists and led him away from the front door,I stepped outside and closed the front door."why the fuck are you here?"I asked bitterly,crossing my arms."look I just wanted to see my brother,and my niece."he explained,he held up a little gift."I didn't know what Lily likes so I got her a little music box."he said as he handed it to me,I hesitated."look,I don't know what Chris said to you guys about me or our family but..."he sighed,"I want to apologize to him."he said.my eye twitched out of anger,"so you decided to come to "apologize to him"on his DAUGHTER'S FUCKING BIRTHDAY?!"I yelled.he didn't say anything,"you're gonna piss him off on a day where he's supposed to be making memories with his daughter?!tsk,bullshit."i spat.
I then heard the door open,I turned around and saw Beth."what's going on out here?why are you yelling?"she asked,I softened up and immediately calmed down."just dealing with an uninvited guest,that's all babe."I said,it seemed like she wanted to say more."I'm gonna go check on Laci and Chris,they're missing cake."she said,she closed the door."son of a bitch I'm missing the cake!"i said,I groaned and face palmed."look dude:if you wanna talk to Chris and make up with him and shit do it tomorrow."i said,rubbing the temple of my nose."O-Ok..."he said,he sounded sad but honestly I didn't give a fuck.
Laci's pov
"Chris,Chris breathe."
"I-I can't,I-I can't do it."
"Yes you can,I know you can.it's ok,breathe."I was trying my best to calm down Chris,but this panic attack was by far the more intense out of all of the ones I've had to deal with.Chris was pacing back and forth,trying to grip onto his short hair.his eyes were widened,his body shaking as tears flowed down his cheeks like a fire hydrant."I-I call him two years ago,and now he decides to show up?!B-Bullshit!"I stopped him from punching a wall,"woah,woah,back it up:what do you mean you called him?"I asked,he stopped shaking and looked at me.
