"This feels unnecessary."i said.after revealing that the baby was a girl my parents came over,wanting to throw a baby shower."it's not unnecessary dear."my mom said,"but we already know the gender of the baby."i said."it still wouldn't hurt to throw a party."my dad said,"not you too dad,betrayed by my own parents."i said dramatically."ah quit being dramatic."I heard Eddie say,my face lit up.I slowly sat up(because ya know I'm pregnant and shit)and saw Eddie,Beth was behind him."Eddie!Beth!"i said,I walked towards them.I tried to hug him but the baby bump was in my way,I put my hands on my hips."come on Lily,let me hug your uncle."i whined,"you guys already settled on a name?"Beth asked."Lillian Jean Cornell,but we're gonna call her Lily."Chris replied as he walked into the room,"Chris,it's so good to see you again!"my mom said as she hugged Chris.
Eddie rolled his eyes and crossed his arms,I gave him a look.he sighed and looked at me,"so Laci,who else is coming?"Beth asked."Matt,Kim,Ben,Layne,Demri,Jerry,Kurt,Courtney-"Eddie cut me off,"Kurt and Courtney?no,no,no,bad idea Lac."he said."why?"I asked.Eddie and Beth looked at each other,I put my hands on my hips and looked at them."why?"I asked again,"they've uh,been...having issues and uh...we just don't want you to get stressed,ya know?"Beth said.I felt Chris putting his hands on my shoulders,I sighed."well I also invited Dave and Krist,so Kurt will be fine..."I trailed off,I grabbed one of Chris' hands off of my shoulder and held it.
