"You think he got amnesia or some shit like that?"Kim asked.I was talking to the band about what happened,I shook my head and drank some of my beer."it looked like he wanted to not remember,"I scoffed,"I know that feeling."i said as I took another sip of my beer."shit..."Matt said,"poor Laci..."Ben said."I think she'll be fine."i said,putting down my beer."you think so?"Kim asked honestly,I hesitated."maybe...I should help somehow.I mean:on one hand I should let things happen on its own,but if I don't do anything she...could end up like me..."I said,the guys looked at me."so...do you have a plan?"Ben asked,I shook my head no."I'm sure I'll think of something."I said,picking up my beer and drinking it.
Laci's pov
"Alright,we got a deal."Layne said.Layne has a band called Alice In Chains,and they wanted me to be their manager."it's going to be fun working with you guys."i said,we shook hands.he stood up,"oh and Layne?"i said and he was about to walk away.he turned around and looked at me,"I hope we can become friends."i said.he smiled,"me too."he said."oh,and I hope you don't mind meeting the band tomorrow."he added,"that's perfect,maybe we could do it at 1?"i suggested."SoundGarden have to finish recording their third album and Chris wants me there."I quickly explained,"perfect."he said."great,I'll see you at 1 tomorrow."i said,he nodded.he left my office,as he did Chris entered my office.
"Hey Chris!"I greeted him."hey,was that Layne?"he asked,I nodded and began to write down the band's information."he's got nice hair."he pointed out as he sat down at the chair in front of my desk,"yeah but you have nicer hair."i said.he grinned,"you think so?"he asked.I nodded,"if we ever have kids we definitely gotta make sure that they have your hair."i said.he blushed,"W-Well it's very hard to maintain this,but I would be able to teach them my ways."he said.I giggled,"relax Chris,I don't want kids yet."I assured him."but...have you thought about it?"he asked,I put down my pencil.I got up from my desk and went around to him,I gently sat on his lap.
"Yeah,but we're both really busy right now.but I know,that sometime in the future,we'll definitely have beautiful children."i said,gently cupping his cheek.
